AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a Jack in the Box. Not only did they charge me for a double patty melt and only give me a single, but the "Alaskan Cod sandwich that they gave me was so old it when I took a bite it was like biting into plastic food and I nearly choked on it! Needless to say I spit it out immediately. How in the world did food in that type of condition even make it into my bag? I understand this is fast food, but as you can see from the pictures it is so dried out and discolored. Why would you give this to someone to consume? I will be calling corporate and sharing these pictures. 1 star was only given because I had to in order to leave a review. I cannot express how disgusted I am at the worker who handed out this food. When we returned "Holly" refused to refund our money and stated it was made fresh. She also refused to take back the food and told us to come back at 7am and a manager could help us. She was very confrontational and never once offered empathy in fact she blamed us for the condition of the food as if we some how made it appear...
Read moreNadia did not give me a receipt after she accepted my credit card for payment for my order. Genaro ( manager) was not available when I called, according to Nadia. When I called this restaurant to inquire about my receipt...Nadia answered, she layed down the receiver, and she never called Genaro to the phone.(I could hear everything) Shady and Ratchet Nadia. She kept asking me what I had ordered...my order has nothing to do with her not providing my Credit Card receipt. I was already home before I realized...NO RECEIPT! I should not need to call, nor drive all the way back to Jack to request proper service. Nadia had the responsibility of issuing a receipt with my paid order. I eat at this location often. I have never had a problem with food quality, customer service until today. Nadia did some shady, unprofessional, ratchet, Customer service. I will rethink eating there. Read moreSadly, our experience today at this Jack in the Box was not a good one. The young man taking our order inside the store couldn’t seem to understand that we wanted one child’s cheeseburger with only cheese, no ketchup or anything else, and one child’s hamburger with no cheese and only ketchup. We repeated the order two or three times, and he seemed to finally get it, but when our order arrived it had two child’s cheeseburgers, both with ketchup. To put the cap on our experience, the unisex restroom was out of order and the Ladies’ had a big sign on it stating EMPLOYEES ONLY!!! I confirmed with the young man that yes, the Ladies’ room was for employees only. He did apologize that the other one was broken. To be fair, I didn’t ask if it was all right if I used the Men’s, because at that point I just wanted to leave.
