Rude service, bad food. In store.
The orange chicken was not ready and thatās fine. Iāve been asked before if Iām willing to wait for the food to be ready but instead the woman said that it would be ready in a minute, then she left my rice sitting there to get cold and gross and in the meantime, then she didnāt even bother to pay attention when it was clearly ready from the kitchen and five minutes after it was ready from the kitchen. She finally placed it in front of her and proceeded to complete six drive-through orders, and then she finally completed my orderā mind you this entire time Iāve been the only person standing inside of the restaurant, waiting for food or even placing an order of any kindāThen once they finally packaged my food, I walk over to pay and the woman says āso youāre FINALLY ready to payā sarcastically⦠as if she had been waiting for me to pay before she was going to serve me the orange chicken which #1 has never been the way thatās been done before (like thatās not standard) and #2 itās not like she said ācome over here so I can ring you up while we finish making the chickenā or something like that because literally she said the chicken would be right up so if she wouldāve said that it would be 10 to 15 minutes wait for the chicken. I wouldāve asked for something else. Because I was in a rush and normally I donāt mind, but in this situation I wanted to leave sooner⦠I was kind the entire time and demonstrated patience the entire time, despite the fact that I was completely brushed over and then treated like garbage, and then the food wasnāt even great because the rice was dried out and cold from sitting there waiting for her to add the chicken to it⦠horrible experience. I check my UberEats, no driver has been assigned at all. I tell Samantha that no driver has been assigned to sit and wait and she says, āNo. heās in the parking lotā .... Um, no heās not. It hasnāt been assigned yet. I ask her if sheās just planning on giving me all the trash old food and she insists everything is going to be fresh, but she has this horrible attitude and she already told me she was out of something she can make in SIX MINUTES fresh.
I asked Samantha if she knows that she has the option of going on UberEats and MARKING OFF WHAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE IN STOCK so that people donāt order it and she doesnāt have to call her customers the way sheās calling me.
I asked Samantha if she knows that she can TURN UBEREATS OFF AT 9:30 IF SHE DOESNāT WANT ORDERS BEFORE 10PM.
I think that Iāve had this problem before as a drive thru customer, being told that what I wanted was not available due to closing time being 20-25 mins away. Maybe they should consider closing at 9pm so their poor employees donāt have to serve guests after 9:30.
This was very poor customer service and I know Panda doesnāt care, they never do but as a consumer I donāt think anyone should order from UberEats after 9pm unless youād like to argue with one of their employees about why the menu is still online when they no longer feel like working....

Usually the staff is very apologetic and just asks to see the receipt to make sure we really did pay for something they forgot. It was only one time, but the staff who I spoke with in the drive through actually tried arguing with me about them forgetting something and I just handed her the bag back and said for to look herself... no apology, just handed me back the bag of food and then closed the window. If you are not happy with your position in life maybe do something to better it rather than taking it out on random customer. I am hopeful that if that attitude continues the she will not be there long. I would just avoid going when I know she is working if possible. Along that train of thought, it may be helpful for the company to have a camera at the drive through window recording customer interactions with audio to help keep some people from going against the companies idea of service.
