I placed two online orders around 4:30 pm for a 6:00 pm pickup. I got to the store at 5:50 and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for about 10 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes because they were backed up. At 6:15, I was told again that my food should be coming out soon, and I paid for both orders. I ended up waiting over an hour while other people came and went. The place only had three seats, and it was packed. I had to keep giving my name and order info over and over again, and every time I asked for an update, I was just told to be patient. At one point I overheard the guy making the food say my order had already been made but they couldn’t find it, probably because they gave it to the wrong person. No one told me that directly. When I asked again how much longer, the woman at the counter just said “I don’t know.” I told her that wasn’t an answer, and she said “we’re extremely backed up and you just have to wait.” I reminded her I placed the order three hours ago, and she said “there’s nothing I can do about that.” I said that wasn’t acceptable and told her I was done talking. She replied, “Well I’m not…” and I told her she was done talking to me. She then said, “What do you want me to do?” I said, “Stop talking and go find the food I ordered three hours ago. She left, and the front desk was completely unattended for about 15 minutes. No manager ever came out. Finally, at 7:04, she came back and said “Can I talk to you now… we can’t find your order.” I told her that had nothing to do with me. Only then did she offer me a refund, and she had a nasty attitude while doing it. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order early, showed up on time, and was treated like I was the problem for asking about it. No communication, no accountability, and no manager ever addressed...

First, it was $28 for 2 people, which is a ton. I was then told they don't offer free cups of water, and that a cup of tap water is $3 each. What restaurant doesn't give free freaking water! Tab was reduced by $6, so $22 total. (Way overprieced for the quality.)
And then the buffet itself. Pizza was nothing but slime and grease, the breadsticks were ice cold, as well as the marinara sauce. Everything is under heated lamps, but they don't work clearly. I didn't even go back for seconds. And to top it off, there were only 3 pizzas out there, and only half of one was cheese. How can you have a pizza buffet, and no cheese pizza, and no pepperoni either?

He's claiming my boyfriend is the guy he gave pizza too but he was not here last night. This man is claiming that the guy who got the pizza didn't pay for it? I always thought door dash only did debit or credit card not cash which is the only way the guy who got the food would have been paying for it.
