I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks delivery service I received. I placed an order for two people, which included some food items, protein bar and two iced coffees. However, when the delivery arrived, one of the iced coffees and a protein bar was missing. To make matters worse, the delivery personnel didn't bother to contact me to discuss possible alternatives or ask for a replacement preference. Instead, they simply issued a refund.
This left me and my companion waiting for a refreshing iced coffee in the scorching heat for a full 30 minutes, only to be left empty-handed. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that could have been avoided with proper communication and a proactive approach from the delivery team. I expected better service from a reputable brand like Starbucks.
I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and improves their delivery service to prevent such inconveniences in the future. As a customer, I value clear communication and prompt resolution when issues arise, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my...

No other staff members offered to jump in and help, instead chatting while they appeared to be busy although I was the only person in the store... but somehow there were a lot of drinks to be made. Cashier miswrung my order and left an item off. I paid for my order and waited for my items. Obviously there was something missing and I continued to stand at the pickup station for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They never did. They continued to chat as they again made coffee drinks for no one in particular. I can't let this go. I tried calling but their line is constantly busy. I know it's hard to get good help these days but at the end of the day if your baristas are only going to stand around chatting instead of taking care of customer's needs just close...

Light flashing on pot so clearly well beyond hold timeâŚ.asked the female presenting partner if they had a fresh pot because itâs cold and got the reply âI donât know who brewed thatâ, flippantly, almost like I was bothering her. She then offered to make an americano (coffee drinkers donât want an americano, would have ordered that if so) or make me wait 5-7 minutes to brew a fresh pot (which they should have done before this one expired). Starbucks would definitely take coffee out of its name entirely (youâre close) if you canât even serve hot coffee, the bare minimum expectation. These days youâre lucky if a partner can even tell you the name of the coffee theyâre serving, let alone the flavor characteristics, region, etc. the magic is FULLY gone. All you have left literally is the convenience of the mobile app ordering functionality but if you canât serve hot coffee, thatâs not valuable anymore...
