Me and my husband placed a carry out order through the phone and when we got there, the atmosphere was already pretty chaotic. A man who was kind and simply asking how long it will be and was told “they’re working as fast as they can” which he replied with “I was just asking because I want to run the another store near by really quick”. Immediately the employee was defensive when he didn’t give off that vibe at all. So we end up telling that same lady we had a carry out and within 5 minutes our order was ready. When we got home, one order of the wings was wrong. We asked for original hot and got Atomic which is way too hot for us. We called and told them we asked for hot and not atomic and that we already threw the receipt away at the restaurant but that we can bring the entire box of wings back. The lady on the phone said that was fine and she remembered my husband because we literally had just picked up and that she’ll reprint the receipt herself. When my husband got there, they realized on the receipt it said atomic so our guess is they accidentally put the wrong wings or misunderstood us, because my husband didn’t even know what atomic was until after we received them by mistake so there’s no way we ordered wrong. But it didn’t matter because we had the atomic we wanted to exchange. Then the manager started saying things like “well did you not like the wings or what?” To which my husband replied with no because it’s not what he asked for. She then went on to say he had to pay to her employee so my husband butted in and said that it wasn’t his fault that the order was made wrong and that he has the wrong order to give back and was not going to pay. So she finally gave in. She didn’t even consider the fact that we had to go home and back and waste gas and then the rest of the food was cold. 40 minutes plus the time it would take to get home, that’s already past an hour. Mind you, we weren’t being rude or demanding. Just a simple exchange. So then the first employee said it’d be a 20 minute wait then the manager rudely shouts to her that he (my husband) will have to wait 40 minutes, which made it seem personal. Not only that, but that same manager was being not only rude to my husband, but her employees as well. She was yelling at them in such an unnecessarily rude and belittling way. For example, one girl was being yelled at by her and was told she shouldn’t have came in when she’s not scheduled, but the manager and the first female employee who was at the register when we first walked in to pick up said it was short staffed, so I personally wouldn’t talk to my employees like that if I’m short staffed. Then she overhears the girl who is clocking out talking to another girl employee. The other employees tells the girl leaving how she’s lucky and wishes she could too ho home, so the manager yells at her and said “if you leave, you’re done!” Very loud and unprofessional. The girl was so confused because she never said she was gonna leave. She simply just made an innocent comment and it came off playful. The manager was even yelling at them to drop fried in such a rude way. And all the customers are hearing and seeing this. It’s very unprofessional and just wrong. This is the white female manager who works night on thursdays. In my opinion, it doesn’t seem like the first time. That manager should definitely be fired. She’s very unpleasant and has an ugly attitude. Not only should new management be in place, but the employees should also be retrained. Especially on customer service....
Read moreToday a close family friend passed away and after working for wingstop for years I decided it was the perfect comfort food for myself and my girlfriend. Everything went well until I got home and realized my 15 pc classic MIX was made all flats. No worries becauze I used to be a General Manager of Wingstop and worked with the company for years so mistakes happen. After calling and advising the manager of the event she put me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called back where she told me I would have to bring the food back in and could replace my meal after talking to her district manager. I told her I had driven all the way home and the streets were so flooded the police had blocked most of it off. She told me it was IMPOSSIBLE for my order to be messed up and she needs to see my food if I want anything done about it. I advised her I used to work there (keep in mind never asking for anything the entire conversation) and was giving her one chance to fix it as she started getting rude telling me I knew too much about the system and i was trying to pull a fast one and she wouldnt do anything unless I brought the order back. I provided not only the name of her district manager but others as im familiar with them to which she replied she didnt need to verify anything. So in good taste I put on my old uniform and drove an hour back to the store with my "impossibly" messed up order to which she started counting the wings in front of me. What does that have to do with anything if they are all flats? No real apology was given but she offered to make my meal again however she was so rude I had lost my appetite and requested a refund. Im assuming she didnt like what i was saying because she told me to be quiet (motioning me to zip my lips) as I expressed how she was wrong in the situation to which I replied that im the customer and she is wrong and I dont have to be quiet. So she walked away and called her manager again and after coming back demanded my uniform back before she could give me a refund and that I was banded from the store but when I asked why just said I was and maybe it's because I was fired (I put in my 2 weeks and am rehirable if I so chose to work back at a wingstop location. If this is what the management has become then it's a good...

Fries was dark brown soggy tasted burnt, you can easily tell it was refried on old oil.... not fresh just made it hot salted and soggy. I asked them if they don't normally wear gloves employee Said no yet nobody seemed to care!!! nasty place to eat. Pricey, long-wait and unsanitary. Placed should be closed down! 48st and baseline. Flavor and wait time was okay but the notion of how unsanitary and high negligence on hygiene and food quality disgusts guest including me. End up not finishing food and left.... Do not eat here if you have...
