I will NEVER eat here again! They have THE WORST customer service! They treat black people VERY POORLY! we called ahead and made reservations for our table, ..we booked reservations online on their website, ..AND we have someone from our party GO INSIDE and make a reservation in person and STILL. When we got to the restaurant they refused to seat us even though our entire party was there and accounted for. The front door hostess was not helpful at all. On the phone she told us she was going to seat us once everyone from my party was there, but that was a lie. She told us there was no seating available for us, but we were looking at four tables that had no one sitting there , so we ask can we sit at those tables that were LOOKING AT with NO ONE SITTING THERE and the front door attendant told us that there were no waitresses to service that area. Fast forward five minutes and another couple that was not black came in and was seated in THATāS SAME area immediately and had a server immediately. The entire time we waited out front, which was over 20 minutes , plus the 20 minute prior reservation we had already made!⦠we stood there and watched five employees hang out in that empty area and talk and joke, and be on their cell phones laughing and chilling⦠, meanwhile, the front desk attendant tells us that there is no one available to work that area⦠. After asking for a manager and asking, why are Black people not allowed in that seating area, then we were seated immediately by the manager, mostly out of embarrassment⦠Then our food took forever to come out, even though my wife only ordered salmon which literally takes under ten minutes to make.. and when it did come out, it was bland and had no flavor. For some reason they bright out tater sauce for salmon.. idk anyone who eats salmon with tater sauce, but ok š«¤. We thought it would come with a creamy garlic sauce.. We asked the waitress for ketchup, salt, and pepper, because there was none on our table, like they were supposed to be , .. and she refused to bring us any. She never came back with ketchup, salt and pepper for the entire night. We had a table of nine people and got one basket of four rolls with one small thing of butter. I got the pulled pork, which was not pulled at all. It was huge chunks just thrown on my plate with no flavor. I also ordered steak fries, which also had no flavor. We ordered the onion blossom, but only got one small sauce for that entire platter. We asked to have the TV switched so we could watch the game and they would not accommodate that request either.. The front desk attendant try to just hush us up and move us off to the side out of her way so that she could service other non-black customers , and we felt very disrespected and not wanted in the establishment. My little sister graduated from college today and she had her heart set on having her celebration dinner at Texas Roadhouse. 13 of us flew in from all across the country for her, and this was our special night with her, so whatever she wanted thatās what we were going to do. Well They donāt take reservations, just āwaitlistā. So I called at 5:30pm right after grad and requested to join the waitlist for a group of 15 and said we would be there at 7, I was told to checkin at the hostess desk when we got there and to ask for Mikaela so she could make sure we got the best service. Our whole party was there by 6:30, I went in and asked for Mikaela and said our whole party was here and was told it would be a 40 minute wait and āthe person she spoke too on the phone said 7:30ā⦠I clearly said 7pm, and I was being generous with that time, that was an hour and a half notice. Not happy, but fine, since we were early. My sister was okay with the wait, so we waited. And we waited. And waited. For an hour and 45 minutes, we waited, and watched groups of 6,7,8,9,10,11,12 people get seated, eat, and leave. We were going to leave, but frankly I think thatās what they wanted. We only finally got seated after we asked them to split us up if that was what it was going to take. The manager copped an attitude and honestly probably shouldnāt be in that role. Our waitress sat us, and our tables were clear across the room from each other, so she asked to move us to one closer when it was free but I heard her get told āoh no thatās reserved for the party of 21ā. Thatās interesting - making accommodations at their discretion apparently since they donāt take reservations. She ended up moving us anyways so we could be close together and I later saw her crying, she was telling a peer that she had been yelled at for moving us and taking the table reserved for the party of 21. I didnāt see her again, poor thing, and we got a new waitress - she was also lovely and pleasant and attentive and kept the rolls coming for our grad. Food was okay, nothing to write home about, salads didnāt come out and cooked veggies were raw- but my sister was happy with her meal and thatās what mattered to us. The assistant GM stopped by one of our tables and asked how everything was, we gave her our honest feedback about our disappointment and she was supposedly going to tell the GM but we never saw him. $500 bill and $150 in tips - but not worth anyoneās time.

We came to this location after a long day of school shopping to enjoy a nice dinner with our kids. What we expected to be a great evening turned out to be the WORST! We waited over 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered our food at 9:05 pm, Received our frozen margaritas at 9:08. Our appetizer didnāt come out until 9:20 we were asked by our waiter 3 times were we still doing okay in the midst of us waiting for our food. Our food was not finished cooking until 9:47 (per se the manager blonde hair petite Caucasian woman). She refused to help us with our inconvenience of the long wait. We received our food at 9:50 and did not even spend 10 minutes eating due to the long wait and being ready to just go home! We live almost two hours away! The manager was called for help and she refused to help she took 10 minutes just to investigate what was the reason it took so long, just for her to come back to our table and say my husband made her uncomfortable because of us being upset about the long wait and in no way shape or form did she proceed to ask us what could help our experience better until we asked her what her name was for us to reach out to the Corporate office. She walked away and didnāt even bother to give us our receipt! We had to walk up to the register on our way out to find her to get our receipt where she was attempting to hide from us, we asked two of the workers at the front desk to print us a receipt due to the fact she did not provide us one and they stated, āwe canāt print receipts up here.ā The customer service was awful and in no way shape or form should we as customers shouldāve been treated this way! She was very dismissive and did not offer any assistance. Itās honestly disappointing to be treated this way as a customer and infront of our children. We watched as many customers ate and left as we sat waiting on our food. Our waiter was also made aware of this matter and she never returned to even check us out or take our cash. We had to pay with card with the personal kiosk at the table!!!
