Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Temple

Another wonderful food delivery experience 😞

I rarely leave ratings unless service is exceptionally good or bad but this sort of thing really pushes my buttons.

Food was excellent and on time.....at least the part of the order that wasn't forgotten. I rarely order delivery from Pizza Hut because about every 3rd time something isn't right. This time, part of my order wasn't brought and the driver had to go back. He was polite and apologized but I got the distinct impression that this was not a rare occurrance. Time before last, Pizza Hut handed my food off to Uber Eats or something and, not only was it more than 30 minutes late, the delivery driver didn't even knock on my door. They just left the food on the front porch. Seems like this type of behavior is becoming more and more prevalent. Kinda takes the joy out of getting my food delivered.

To be fair, other places aren't much better.

I've about decided that, if I'm too busy or too lazy to get it myself, I'll be better off doing without. Or paying cash and withholding gratuity unless I know my order is correct...

Edit- This location seems to have improved greatly. My order yesterday arrived in a timely manner. The pizza was so fresh that the boxes were almost too hot to hold. Everything was delicious and made perfectly to order.

I would definitely recommend this location.

Old review- My pizza was never delivered. I called the store repeatedly, and they just hung up on me over and over. I called customer service to complain about an hour after the pizza tracker said it was out for delivery. I got someone from overseas telling me "I will pass this along to upper management, and hopefully we can get your pizza delivered to you." After another hour, I called customer service again and asked for a refund. I was told "I will pass this to upper management and they will contact you within 5 to 7 business days to talk to you and maybe get you a refund."

I paid $60 for pizza that was never delivered, and I have to wait 5 to 7 days to "maybe get a refund." Do not order from them ever. They will cheat and defraud you, and there is no...

We were traveling. We decided to stop by for Pizza since we were hungry. We went inside and it was completely dead, nobody was inside. There were two young girls behind the counter joking around. We were never greeted. I asked did we need to seat ourselves. One of the girls rudely told us we had to order first with them at the counter. We had no issue doing this. We paid for our order and seated ourselves. They only have bottled drinks at this location which sucked because I wasn't trying to drink a soda but had no choice. It was over 30 minutes before they brought us our food. The gave it to us in to-go boxes after we told them we were dining inside. The pizza itself was good. The girls had their friends come by and they were all loud and the girls that worked there were acting very unprofessional for being on the job in a business. I wouldn't stop...
