Jack 'n' Jill Donuts — Restaurant in Temple

Jack ‘N’ Jill Donuts & Kolaches is the small-town donut shop that envelopes you with nostalgia the moment you step through the door. It’s filled with old-school charm, and it is such a pleasant change of pace from the crowded, loud, and stale “franchise” shops. It’s a hometown donut shop that is personable and offers exceptional customer service and fresh homemade delights. I wished I had discovered this secret gem years ago! We stop by every time we are in Temple and never miss a visit to Jack ‘N’ Jill Donuts—it’s that good! The friendly staff are such a joy. They always take care of you with a smile, and they fill your order in a flash. Everyone there is absolutely phenomenal. The establishment offers a drive-thru, but I recommend stopping inside to experience the old-school charm. They get busy, but fill your order in a beat.

Jack ‘N’ Jill offers a variety of donuts, pastries, kolaches, croissants, muffins, and the most amazing breakfast buns filled with sausage and cheese and glazed in an egg wash. The breakfast buns are absolutely divine and hit the spot when you want something comforting and full of flavor for breakfast. They also offer a variety of drinks, juice, smoothies, milk tea drinks, and coffees.

We have tried a variety of items on the menu, from the donuts, muffins, to the assortment of kolaches they offer, and we have always been so pleased with everything we have ordered. The jalapeño sausage and cheese kolaches are exquisite, and I never leave without ordering their Strawberry Cream Cheese Danish. It’s almost sinful!

If you’re looking for a bit of nostalgia and freshly made breakfast items and treats that are not pre-made in a factory, I cannot urge you enough to get in your car and stop in Jack ‘N’ Jill Donuts & Kolaches. I promise, you will be glad you did! It just might become your next favorite place as well. Nothing compares to Jack ‘N’ Jill...

Got lemon filled, blueberry, and chocolate glazed donuts along with sausage and cheese donuts. Also got two boba milk teas. The location was convenient enough, service was quick but they did prioritize drive through over walk in customers (standard practice so not a negative imo just a note).

The boba was not the best but it wasn’t bad. The milk tea itself was fine. The blueberry donuts were my favorite, and they heated up my kolaches to make sure they were nice and warm. They had lots of interesting options they may be bigger pulls to swing by again, I was ordering for a sort of picky eater so I tried to reign in my own tastes ordering.

Would not go out of my way for it, but would be happy to swing by again if the opportunity...

My first time visiting Jack'n Jill Donuts in Temple, Texas. The staff there are nice and friendly. As for their food I Love how soft and fresh their food is. Tasted their kolache's honey bread and sausage and honey cheese and sausage kolache amazingly good. Price is reasonable. Wish that I was able to try the jalapeno one but they had nomore that says it all. But everything else was very, very soft and tasty. My favorite one of all was their cinnamon roll and my coffee ☕ which I always make at home; never have I eaten one that was this soft! Kudos 👍to you all! Looking forward to the next time I'm in town; don't know when that will be but I'm sure I'll be back...
