Part of being an "ADA Consumer in Texas, is the right to be treated as a Human Being" by the "Assistant Manager Quincy"which is beyond unfortunate because although prior interaction with staff may have been challenging due to unfortunate circumstances. At least they made right what was wrong and gave me service within reason as "A Human Being" with decancy . For what ever reason his "Perspective from his lack of making right what was completely wrong" and if I payed for items "As Advertised" which was not given and I asked in a polite manner to receive", but "not given". Then that gives me right to sue for "Not received". I was banned from Jack in the box for being herrassed by Quincy because the fountain machine was out of all majority of power aid's on a hot day as well as the upside cost for larger items. What I received was a kids meal with out a drink, although I payed for a cup because I understand that every business has costs. Quincy replied with," you don't get to have both milk and a cup" even though all the employees know I put my milk "OVER ICE". HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAYED FOR AS A CONSUMER FOR A KIDS "MEAL WHICH INCLUDED A DRINK".In return, thankful that one of our respectful Officers where available to assist as I went outside to take a breather because it's not easy to ask much less confront a "Bully" for just being skilled differently in several areas of society. Hopefully this post reaches "Upper Management". So that "Quincy" doesn't treat another person the way he has me for asking in a polite manner to provide what I payed for as a Texas Consumer or banned for simply asking for what I payed for. -god's...
Read moreEmployees are very slow. Crew is untidy, uniforms sloppy and unkept. The persons in TL or GM shirts were the same. 25 minutes in this drive thru now cars have left 3 times. Update I didn't make it out of that drive thru until 7:44, almost 40 minutes for 4 tacos, one egg roll, onion rings, and a coke.. at the order window, I asked for butter milk and sweet and sour as I won't eat any of what I ordered without. After all that wait, she finally hands me my coke.. it tasted like cherry coke.. gives me my food, says she gave me an extra egg roll for the wait.. but didn't give me my tacos.. I asked if my ranch was in the bag after she got my tacos .. She tells me they are out of it. She asked if I wanted any other.. I said sweet and sour.. guess what, they were out. I didn't even want to risk waiting for a refund as my lunch was only an hour. You can see the time I got my drink on the dash. Ps temple jacks I was an employee for Jack for a total of almost 10 years in Dallas. From cashier to cook to TL AM and GM. Gms and AMs do better. A 100+ car line on overnight with 3ppl with a time under 5 minutes is possible. It was the norm, and we still got cleaning done vents, oil, and shake machine included. Let alone a day shift with...
Read moreWe have had bad experiences with Jack in the box in the past ranging anywhere from the food not living up to expectations,(we have easy low expectations), to not getting the order right anytime we chose them as our destination for food. We decided to give them another chance this night and they did much better than previous experiences. The service was a little slow for fast food drive through, but we are patient and the lady st the window did apologize for this and was super sweet. Shout out to her. The food order was done correctly this time, no complaints or mistakes there. The food taste was good and satisfying, with one exception that we could.overlook but wanted to mention. The toasted bread that comes on a sourdough burger should be toasted, my wife's was hardly toasted at all. Although she ate it, it was not the same satisfaction that comes with that crisp toasted bun feeling you get with a real good toasted sourdough jack experience. Other than that the order was right and we were happy with it. I'll be giving Jack in the box another try in the future so long as they continue to keep improving on the important things as getting the orders right and the food...
