Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Temple

I recently visited Jimmy John's and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable - the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also exceptional. The space was welcoming, clean, and had a cozy, inviting feel. The decor was stylish and added to the overall ambiance of the place, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal.

My honest opinion, the service was great, but honestly the food was mediocre. The bread was hard to bite through, I ordered a number 8, and it has barely and Dijon mustard, also it was packed with lettuce and barely and meat. I also ordered the Beach Club sandwich, which agian the bread was to tough, and it has barely any avocado sauce, packed with lettuce and cheese, with one piece of meat.

I understand this is a new location for this business, but it should not be effecting quality of the food going out, as well as the price being outrageous, I payed almost 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips and 1 drink.

My recommendation for people is to eat at subway where you can actually get a toasted sandwich, and they have a variety of options. Or make these sandwiches at home for way cheaper. It's defirnley not worth the hype...

I've been a fan since they opened until now. I used their delivery service and my order arrived promptly. However, half of the order was not in the box... I asked about it, and the driver said they would be right back with the correct order. that never happened .. I was not refunded my money . I paid for stuff I didn't get. and nothing was added to my rewards...they just took my money and went on with life. I can't afford to pay for stuff I don't get. prices today are too high for that. The driver also kept a hefty tip...I'm done...they did it to me, they'll do it to you. I've spent a lot of money with the Temple store, and I understand mistake happen. God knows I've made my share. But this company made no effort to make it right, and that's why...
