I've gone to them for years and finally I've had a mistake on my burger which had onions, I always get without onions because I'M ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. I called the place to let them know, I talked to the owner himself and he said I'd have to bring the burger back, I told him that it's a very long drive to the shop and can I just take a picture because I'll come by another day (obviously because I knew I'd be back.) The owner wouldn't budge and wanted the food back which I've never spoke to a owner so rude about it. I get that technically that would make the burger "free" is what he was saying, but the fact is if I did go back and got another burger wouldn't that still make the first burger "free"? Its not gonna get eaten so I really didn't care but what was he gonna do, resell it? But also, I hate being told I'm wrong about this kind of things, I've ordered burgers for my life without onions that it's second nature to order one without onions, even my wife told me I said no onions for both. Read moreWhen I visited, it was around noon on a Saturday. It wasn't busy, one customer in drive and me and a friend inside. The girl at the counter was less interested in taking orders and more interested in goofing around with her co-workers. I asked to use the restroom, and was told it was outside and around back. I walked around and found the door to be locked. Both the men's and women's were locked. I was injured, so didn't want to try to get a key and make the walk again. Another customer after me tried to use the restroom, came back, asked for it to be unlocked. They told him they would be out there to unlock it shortly. After about 3 minutes, the man came back in and tried to get their attention and ask for the key directly. They ignored him, and he left. This business seriously lacks in customer service and professionalism. The food was unimpressive and subpar for the cost. I would not go back. Read moreI was very excited to try this place after reading reviews and seeing their ratings, unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I went through the drive thru as I had groceries and medicine in the car and a sick kid at home. I thought the quicker the better. As I was finishing my order a car pulls around me and goes straight to the window and proceeds to order their food at the window. The guy working the window allows this and therefore I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. A car pulls in behind me and after waiting a while they decided to leave because they had waited forever also. The car in front of me finally leaves and I tell the guy in the window how inappropriate this was and he just shuts the window, does not offer his apologies or anything. I ask for a manager and he just gives me my food and closes the window again. So I leave and try to call the manager and he was apparently to busy to talk to me.
