A great place to get a variety of sandwiches 😁. Hardly no wait time when I was there. Friendly staff and good service. Only problem 🤪 that I noticed was sitting area was very dirty. Needs to clean up the area where people sit and eat.update: February 17, '22, As great as can be, service excellent, everything was very clean including the bathrooms.plus all military and first responders get 50% off.✅ Update: April 23, '22. Was a very nice afternoon at Schlotzskys. Very few customers were dining in. Staff very friendly. Floors and bathrooms nice and clean. Fast service. 👍 Update: February 10, 2023. Had to make a quick stop for a sandwich. In quick, fast service and staff very friendly today. Men's bathroom dirty, needs some care. Update: April 22,20203. Slow time. Got inc, ordered. Very quick. Sad, since nobody there -- floors dirty, trash cans full but nobody was there for cleaning. They just was all taking a break. The food was outstanding 👍🌟 Update: 7 July,2023. So sad to be here today. Beware of the drive thru. Speaker not working. So t sent inside. Note: no sodas, only tea. Also out of f stock of certain chips. Saw many patrons turn around and leave. Bad day for Schlotzsky's. Update: 18 April, 2024. Went to have a quick lunch. Am very happy. All menu items were available. Food is good but at times they run out of different sides that you would enjoy. Most of the time you will receive good service, make sure you get what you order. Update: 17 December, 2024. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank your staff for the outstanding service and kindness they extended to my family and me during our recent visit.

We came into the restaurant about 15–20 minutes before closing, and despite the late hour, your team welcomed us so graciously. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience—they served us with warmth and professionalism, which we deeply appreciated.

Shortly after placing our order, we realized we had accidentally left our car keys on the counter. One of your back-of-house team members kindly brought them out to us—what a relief that was! Then, as we were about to leave, we discovered our child’s iPad had been left behind in a booth. The cashier took the time to come outside and return it to us. These acts of attentiveness meant more than you know.

What your team didn’t realize was that we were navigating a heavy day. A close family member was undergoing serious health challenges at Scott & White Baylor Hospital just up the street. Our hearts were full of worry and exhaustion, and your staff’s simple acts of kindness felt like small miracles in the midst of our emotional day.

Earlier in the day, we had also come through the drive-thru, and the young woman at the window was so genuinely kind that we decided to return later for dinner. Your employees’ consistent compassion and empathy throughout both visits didn’t go unnoticed.

You are truly employing gold-star individuals who are making a real difference—not just through great service, but by offering humanity and care in the moments when people need it most.

As Hebrews 13:2 reminds us: “Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” While we certainly don’t consider ourselves angels, your team treated us with the kind of grace and kindness that felt heavenly.

going to start off by saying i never wrote a bad review before but mine and my bf experience was ridiculous. first off we never been here before so we enter the restaurant it’s empty no customers we took 2 minutes tops to figure out our order we only ordered one meal to go, the moment we entered no greeting by no one just the girl at the register staring at us not even a smile from her so we walk up to her and tell her our order she was dry with response only asked what chips we wanted that was it we ordered the beef cheesy meal that supposed to come with mac an cheese so we order and take the cup and chips and sat down after about 20 minutes the guy that was making the food in the back there was only one person making food back there he sits a bag on the counter and walks away he doesn’t say nothing or even looks at us so he goes back to talking with a female back there so another 15-20 minutes go by and we’re worried thinking they didn’t even make our order to begin with finally the female the guy was talking to in the back goes up to the bag on the counter the guy put there and she literally yells the name on the order and makes a disgusted and mean attitude face at us she just looked and stared right at me and my bf mind you it was just me and my bf in the restaurant no other customers and we were sitting in front of the counter. once we go back in the car we open the bag and took a look at the food we were missing our mac and cheese that was the main reason we order what we did in the first place we were already upset on how we got treated so we didn’t go back in but anyways we won’t be going back there but this experience was horrible and rude! please teach staff how to properly hand customer order to them and basic respect and customer service no reason...
