2-8-24 I ordered through my app and with any purchase. I could get a Dave's single free. I ordered a child's chocolate frosty because I don't drink that much. The hamburger was so good. And the frosty was too I hadn't had one of those in years. It was a really good experience couldn't have been better.
10-26-22 I purchased a biggie bag today with the double cheeseburger. It was so good. Everything was fresh. There were about 6 cars in front of me when I got there at the drive-through but they moved very quickly. Very pleased with my visit today
4-3-22 I went through the drive-through and took advantage of the $1 single which was really good. I also ordered a small chili and it was barely warm. Also I have a pet peeve about people having their cell phones out when they're supposed to be taking care of customers. Now granted she already took my money and she was just waiting for them to give her the food but she had her cell phone out texting somebody several different times. I just don't think cell phones have any place in a business and I worked with the public for over 30 years....
Everything was really good and I got the $5 meal and I also got any half salad free...
Read moreDid an online order today. I go around 615-630 this evening. I thought man great, only 1 person ordering before me! This place is normally so busy. I pull up and give the lady my name for the mobile order. She said sorry we are behind you have to come inside. I apologized and said I'm sorry I can't come inside but I can park if you would like. Some man got on the mic and said no you have to come inside we are behind. I said can I cancel my order and the lady said you can cancel on the app. I did and they proceeded to allow me to place the exact same mobile order minus 1 item because I forgot it. Now, if this location doesn't allow drive through mobile orders and only take out I would update the app so that disabled people or those who take care of disabled people aren't inconvenienced. Also if that isn't the issue and yall are so busy to do the mobile order, why was I still able to place the order?? Yall are ridiculous and really need new workers. Cos the ones yall have are no good. No customer service whatsoever. If that is all yall are able to find then teach them how to talk to folks because the 2 initial people on the mic were the rudest talking people...
Read moreWorst ever went thru drive thru on July21st about 9:30 pm I have a big family so I went the easy way I felt would get them full I ordered 6 of the 4/4 and 6 frostys n a sml chili with cheese. Paid 31.23 didn't receive a receipt. Ok it took about five mins for them to take my order to begin with then another 15-20 to get the food now the manager that was taking the orders seemed really rude n upset she was not friendly OE nice, no kind of hospitality what so ever she also didn't say thank or any thing while we waited she was unpleasent, but what really got me mas was they handed me our drinks n frostys then they forgot our straws nd spoons they also almost forgot the chili so the worker handed it to me without a bag spoon or crackers and was also rude and unfriendly not only that I get home living across town to see they forgot one the nuggets on one of the meals the food was cold everything burgers fries and nuggets we did recieve all old and cold, all I can say is we won't be going back. I am also a manager at tastfood restaurant and understand how things definetly should be ran in fast-food restraunts. Very disatisfied thanks and unhappy...
