Subway — Restaurant in Tennessee

I honestly never write reviews, but this is the worst place. I work really close so I have been here a few times over the past three years. Every time I'm in there the same guy or girl are working, and they are complaining the whole time to the customers ordering food. Today I went in just for a quick lunch, and I wasn't put off at all by the line or by them being a little busy. That's understandable and I'll wait; however, once again, the people behind the counter think it's acceptable to complain to the customers about their job. I don't want to hear about how short staffed you are or how you are going to run out of bread or about the customers that have cussed you out today. I also don't want to hear you complain about the owner of the business directly to me or how terrible the job is. If you stopped complaining to each other and to the customers, you could probably get through the line a lot quicker. It's just extremely uncomfortable, and my mediocre sandwich is not worth it. They need a more professional staff who can handle a busy store without talking to their customers about how...

Subway is one of the few places I will continue to eat after having worked fast food. The only reason why I will continue to eat Subway as because you can see them make your food and having managed a Subway in the past and worked at several locations I know what they use in the ingredients that goes into making their Subs & Pizzas and soups. They're consistent and seem to have new items out on the menu fairly regularly. They are well priced and again you can't say anything about the consistency because they're right on target. This specific location used to be 24 hours but is no longer 24 hours which is kind of a downside and while I am not counting that against the rating on giving them I would like to see them open 24 hours once again. It is very busy and if it's raining at all do not go through the drive-through because they are lacking the ability to protect you from getting soaked. Their drive-thru also as a bit tricky to navigate and I often find myself having to repeat what I want because the speaker system...

I used to come here all the time when I worked in the Lovell area and liked it. Since I've moved to the Bearden area and this is the only one closest with a drive-thru... I sometimes drive to this location. The last time I came, the man working was very very rude. My 12-year-old even noticed it without me saying anything! He was getting upset this man was talking to me the way he was. U just let it go because I'm not into scenes. I had horrible customer service! Then tonight, my husband and I tried again and nobody even bothered to tell us "one minute" while we were waiting in the drive-thru. They saw us out there! I think we waited about 10 or more minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We also looked to see if they were busy inside and they weren't. I've been here when the drive thru is backed up and the inside is packed and I still got my food in a timely manner. Plus they still told me to hold on a few. Minutes because they were busy.
