The lady behind the counter is extremely pushy. I told her numerous times I didn't need help. She kept trying to sell me more stuff. I was there with my daughter to pick out Christmas presents for my wife and she definitely killed the vibe. Turned a fun experience negative.....LET YOUR CUSTOMERS SHOP IN PEACE

Response to owner: There is a big difference between being helpful, making a personal connection and being pushy. I told you multiple times i did not need help. I knew exactly what I was looking for and trying to pick it out with my daughter. I didn't even have a chance to talk to her about her mom's gift because you were trying to upsell me the entire time! Big difference. Also it'd be better if you responded with and apologies without the justification.... Just apologize. You're honestly more slime than any used car salesman I've ever dealt with. You try to smooth talk me into buying more saying it's cheaper...Than I call you out on it and you try to justify it more! NO...it in fact would have been $6 more. Again, you tried to justify it. SKIP THIS PLACE. MUCH BETTER PLACES IN THE AREA. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

YOU SAID "ITS CHEAPER TO BUY MORE" trying to be sleezy. You didnt explain it. Is it cheaper to spend $20 or $25? Again your sleezy upselling and annoying us. So either way, trying to upsell on things I didnt want. If I wanted them I'd of bought them.

Second response to owner: I LEFT ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU RUINED THE EXPERIENCE OF PICKING OUT GIFTS FOR MY WIFE AND HER MOTHER. PERSONAL CONNECTION AND HELPING US ENDED AT ME TELLING YOU WE DONT NEED HELP TWICE, ME HAVING TO TELL YOU AT LEAST 4 TIMES IS PREPOSTEROUS!!! I TOLD YOU FOUR TIMES I DIDNT NEED HELP! 4 , FOUR, QUATTRO AND YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE ME ALONE TO TALK TO MY DAUGHTER. THAT IS NOT HELPFUL THATS PATHETIC AND ANNOYING.

Now I have $46 of rocks i bought that I will not even be gifting my wife because of all this negativie energy attached. Also i noticed on my receipt a convenience fee. Lol. That's pretty tacky!

Another response: OWNER ACCUSES ME OF DISCRIMINATION!!! Language barrier? Didnt notice one, sorry. I find it despicable you'd even bring up a discrimination issue. I'm married to an immigrant, foreign born. My wife's 1st language is not English. That's absolutely disgusting you'd even bring that up! Great try!!

Did I say shop alone or I didn't need help....Just semantics. I was only speaking for myself and my experience, never mentioned any other customers... I did find plenty of positivity for my family and got her great gems at another store. No one is "lying" or spreading dirt, just sharing our personal experience! Seems like you're getting pretty defensive. Maybe it was a bad day, idk. Just sharing our experience. Have a great day!

BEST METAPHYSICAL STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO! This place is amazing and had so much of EVERYTHING! I went in for candles and found so much other cool stuff, and things I couldn’t even find online, like Halloween contacts! There are also a ton of trinkets and toys for kids, as well as super cute hippy/witchy clothes. I personally picked up a money candle, a tarot deck, a skull candle, white contacts, lavender, sweet grass, a double chalice, crystals, and other stuff I can’t remember at the moment. But all I know is the owner was a sweet lady running the front desk we even talked for a while. I send her all the love and blessings! Will be coming back with my kid maybe...

This shop has so much cool stuff!! Fairies, Dragons, jewelry, clothes, games, toys, teas, books, the list goes on. I wish I had more time to spend today and I will definitely be back soon. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She made suggestions based on our conversation about things I might like or be interested in but was not at all pushy when she mentioned things I didn’t need. She served me tea (tea Tuesday moved up because of the holidays) and we chatted quite amiably during my visit. I was super impressed with the selection, customer service, and atmosphere. Prices are very fair. I will be back...
