Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I placed a curbside order using the app and waited close to 20mins in front of the store and no one brought out my smoothie. This location was busy and did have a long line of people in the drive thru but, I saw multiple people go in and order and leave out with their smoothies as well as people who had purchased in the drive thru and got their stuff as well. So I tried to cancel my order using the app but it wouldn’t allow me because I placed an ASAP order so I had to call the store and I did so and spoke with manager Sarah who did apologize and state that they were short handed and asked if I wanted her to remake the smoothie. I said no thank you but I would like a refund and Sarah stated that she could not issue me a refund because I placed the order online. Well my question is couldn’t Sarah had at least cancelled the order in the system and then that would refund me? I understand they were busy and short handed but I feel as though Sarah did not do enough to rectify the situation plus, Sarah had a little attitude whenever she had to take the call. I no worries, Tropical Smoothie Cafe can have that $7.05 smoothie that I never received. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Thank you to the store owner for your acknowledgement of my experience at TSC! I did return to the store that same day and spoke with Brooke and she made a fresh smoothie for me (no attitude or anything, she was super sweet) and I really appreciate that. Also, I did receive my refund. I have changed my rating from a 1 to 5 gold stars because I really appreciate the timely response I received from my complaint and the store owner really took the time to make sure he/she made things right and for that, TSC will continue to get...

This place is FANTASTIC! As someone who delivers for DoorDash, I have been here several times. Not just for deliveries, but also for my own taste. The variety they offer for their smoothies and just the overall menu itself is outstanding. There are plant-based options, which I love! The staff at this location specifically is incredibly friendly. The service is fast as well – On more than one occasion, I have placed a pick up order when I’m already sitting in the parking lot, and by the time I walk to the door, my order is ready. I’ve never had anything from here that I did not like, and I have made sure to let the staff know that I appreciate their effort to create a great experience for their customers. Great tasting healthy menu items, friendly workers, fast service, fair prices. We need more places like this...

I am from out of town. I love my hometown Tropical Smoothie. I ordered $50 worth of lunch for my friend and I, online for pickup I ordered an extra side of kale apple salad. I was in a hurry to get back to work and when I got there, there was no Chipotle sauce on my chicken Chipotle flatbread...it was dry and flavorless. I always order extra...I got none.
