First off, I LOVE Dunkin. Just not this Dunkin. So far, I have been to this Dunkin Donuts four times. So far, they've made my order wrong three times. It's disappointing. One of those times I went inside and noticed before leaving they completely forgot the flavoring but the woman was kind enough to fix it. Also, that same visit I had coupons and the woman failed to communicate they wouldn't work for that location after I even asked about it. Another time I used the drive-thru and my flavored latte tasted like sugared milk. The next time I got the special gingerbread latte with a turbo shot. Now, these are specialties so they don't fall into the $2 latte from 2-6pm that's currently happening. However what makes it a specialty I guess is the whipped cream and drizzle. I paid almost $6 and received a latte without whipped cream or drizzle. In other words, I was overcharged for a latte w flavor ($2 plus turbo shot price) or cheated on my whipped cream. Read moreI stop here most mornings before I go open at work. The woman who works the drive through window most days is very rude. The first couple times I just thought it was because they were a little busy and she was stressed and doesn’t work well stressed, but even if I’m the only one there she is rude. It shows that she does not like her job. Any time I order from this location on Doordash, they mess up my order. It’s not a hard order, I make zero changes or substitutions. I ordered loaded hash browns and they sent the normal ones even though my order tag said exactly what I ordered. So I lost money on that because the loaded hash browns cost more than the plain ones. My normal drink isn’t available on DoorDash, so I order a frozen drink. They don’t send me a straw. Their lids only take straws to work. Am I supposed to wait until my frozen drink melts to take the lid off and drink it?
