Pizza City — Restaurant in Terre Haute

I tried last night to call multiple times to order pizza and the line was busy, so I finally figured I can order online. I placed my order and had to order breadsticks bc they didnt have a way for me to just order a side of cheese sauce! I placed my order said it would take an hour to get to my house. I waited and waited and finally called them and after about the 4 times of tryin to call from it being busy i asked them about my order. By the way she was acting I know they didnt see my order and they told me it would still be longer wait time. I said even longer then the hour and 1/2 that's it's already been and and I assured then it's a Wednesday night and couldn't believe they had OVER a 2 hour wait time!! They then told me I cant go by the time they told me online bc they cant guarentee that time! Even though online it says, hassle free and guarentee the time they tell you! I finally got my food, 2 1/2 hours later. They didjt compt anything, I paid full price and my food was not hot at ALL!! I'm sad to say I wont be going back at ALL! They definitely lost...

Okay, so here's my experience with Pizza City. I am a college student, and wanted to order a pizza with my friend one night, so we decided to give this place a try with the $10 large pizza coupon we had. The pizza took an hour to actually get to my dorm, and once it got there, I had a $20 bill and told the delivery guy to just give me $8 in change and keep 2 for tip. The kid didn't have any change on him, and then says to me "I'll just go to a gas station and get change if it's that big a deal" and I was pretty mad, but was being too nice and was like "oh I feel bad" and he was like "yeah". So anyway, he I didn't really know what to do so the kid just took my money and got himself a nice $10 tip that night. And the pizza was OK but nothing spectacular, but the main point is if you wanna try this, just pay with card and have a cash tip! Then they can't play the whole "I don't have change" game on you when you're hungry and just...

I order pizza city quite frequently. we usually have the same male delivery guy which is super great! I haven't had him in awhile and it shows. lastnight I ordered and the lady dropped my pizza on my porch, didn't ruin my good at all so no big deal, made the transaction and went on. today at 1230pm we order and literally 2hours later I had to call. when I did they said the girl went to my house and "they all said no one ordered". it's just myself and one other person there. so I tell the girl okay well we are home no one has came and I expect my food in 15 mins. she hung up on me. when the girl got to my house she said she went to the north end of the street not south. second time this has happened!!! if this continues I will no longer be a loyal customer to you all. bring back my normal delivery guy!! he is thin build, dark hair and a goatee!!
