Slow service is commonplace here, regardless of how good treats and HungrBusters are or aren't. Special ordering instructions are often not attended to very carefully, either.
The line for drive thru service at the window is one in which you may find yourself waiting for far too long, only to finally get to that tired window and to thereby be told to move and park around the front (to wait longer still) where your order will be delivered curbside.
Common courtesies are unrequited, mostly. You seldom hear an appropriate response (such as, for example, "you are welcome") other than an occasional "uh huh" or "yeah" in politely expressing any thanks to employees.
(Silly? Maybe. But, that just urks me--in part because I think it's representative of a bigger problem with customer service in far too many stores and businesses these days anyway and in part because it ignores a basic social convention, or norm.)

Yes they had burgers fries and chicken items, but the burgers are very different. Be careful coming in here when it's been raining outside, the floor is very slippery for some reason. More so than you would expect. I seem to recall it is always that way here every other time we've been here...

Every time someone tried to order she told them "I just changed my mix it's gonna be 25 - 30 minutes before it's ready". We were there 45 minutes, she never changed that time. The whole crew seemed more interested in playing than taking care of customers. The food was pretty much what you would expect from fast food. But, seriously Dairy Queen without ice cream is just...
