Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

Update 7/2023 We've been here twice in the last week, and both times it's been made clear that the workers either cannot read or understand what's being said to them. They ask the name from the mobile order and then proceeded to say that you have the wrong place or that they don't see that name. My name is Grant.... 🙄 Luckily there was a nice, young black lady they're who chimed in and said it's right here. I honestly don't know if it's an accent issue or because of language barrier, but they really need to have somebody who understands better working the front counter and the speaker box. It's very frustrating to tell someone your name over and over again, them to look at order names and then say it's not there when the app says it's ready. At least the orders have been accurate the last couple of times, they usually mess that up.

Used to be okay. I think it changed management. CHECK YOUR BAGS before you leave, they DON'T! I have a large family. 18 items. we got home and there are only eight items in. Absolutely gave us three bags with for nachos 1 bowl and cinnamon twists. We didn't get our block, or chips and cheese, or the two tacos and steak quesadilla. When they found out that they actually had made a mistake and nobody did those things, I had to go all the way back and pick up. There's no apology and neither manager tried to rectify the situation. Do not go here unless you want your food in separate batches and for the managers to be jerks. This is not the first time I've had to go all the way back to their stupid restaurant to get the rest of my food because they do not do quality check or quantity check or even check the food against the receipt before they give it to you. Terrible service. You're better off going farther up the highway to the other Taco Bell and getting you order right...

I went to the drive thru with a mobile order and was asked to move to the front of the store parking lot. I understood and I did but unfortunately waited 30 minutes before going inside. I see my food sitting out and after looking at the timestamp of the sticker it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. I go inside and ask the kid named Moises who told me to move to the front “so how come you are going to tell me to move to the front and not bring me my food!” And he said “I was busy” and tried walking away so I asked him again to give him another chance to talk to me like an adult. Because he had been nothing but rude to me this whole time and ironically he was actually the only one NOT WORKING while everyone else was. He said “lady I was busy doing my job. You got your food now.” So I ask to speak to a manager and he said “you can’t, they’re busy in a meeting”, so I go get the manager and I hear him telling everyone what happened in the kitchen. So I tell her what happened and he keeps interrupting me. I tell her he has been rude this entire time and he said I was rude first but I wasn’t until he was because he deserved the energy he was giving to me. She apologized profusely and he said “nah pull up the cameras I was not rude” and honestly I wish they had. And then I move on and go eat my food to find burnt degreaser on my food. I smelt it and then tasted it. Everything else was fine but never...

Went to this Taco Bell today and ordered 3 bean burritos and a feezie and was given someone’s mobile order. So i had to drive all the way back to and get my correct food. I gave them the incorrect food back and was very polite and understood that things happen (i work in food service too). The only issue that I had with my visit, was that the lady who originally handed me out the incorrect mobile order, did not hand me out my correct food, but was standing behind the nice gentleman who did hand me my food and was death glaring me the entire time like I had ruined HER day. Not sure what her issue was but i hope you know just because you’re not directly in front of the window doesn’t mean you can’t be seen. It’s extremely rude to act this way when i just wanted my correct food. Sorry to bother you? Won’t be...
