I ordered a mobile order and per the web instructions went to pick up my food at the designated "pick up shelf." My order was set for 3:20, I arrived at 3:27 and there's no order on the shelf. I see that only one person is working the front and one person is working drive thru. There was a long line so I decided to give them 10 minutes, trying to be understanding that they're clearly short staffed and lots of customers.
After 10 minutes, I decided to step in line (again thinking I'd make things easier for them since they were short staffed) and ask for my order when I got to the front... Finally after a 35 minute wait in line, I'm at the front and I ask for my order... THEY HAD IT SITTING IN DRIVE THRU THE ENTIRE TIME... By this time it was 4:11pm and they tried to give me my order that's been sitting there...
I asked them to remake the order, they said okay, and then they asked me to wait over at one of the tables... I waited another 10 minutes and still no food... I asked the cashier when my order would be ready AND THEY HAD IT SITTING IN DRIVE THRU AGAIN!!! I'm clearly waiting in front of their faces, WHY in the world would they put it back in drive thru?!?!
I take my order, get home.... Only to find they remade my order incorrectly. I spent $50 on my order, waited forever because they don't correctly use their pick up station, and they still got my order wrong remaking it? I then submitted a 1 star survey requesting a call from corporate AND NO ONE CALLED. Instead they put 200 points into my account and sent a generic apology email.
I order chipotle regularly (at least 1-2 times a month) and have for nearly 10 years... But after this terrible experience not only from their franchise location, but also corporate deciding to put points into my account instead of calling me as requested, I will no longer be spending my money with them. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to pick up an order through the drive thru pick up. The girl who handed me my order was mean. I felt rushed even though the place was dead as heck and I was getting pick up lol. My food was open and spilled bean juice all over me. Which made me sad but I was like man, itās fine. I then drove to drop off the food to my husband at his job, Then when he opened the bowl, the chicken portion was TERRIBLE. it was about half a spoon. Which really bummed me out. They forgot to put the green Chile as well. and lastly they forgot to put forks in my bag. So I had to scavenge in my car for one. Worst experience Iāve had man. Oh and I forgot to mention. Iāve been to this place on break at work before. I went inside and it took a while to be tended to. I understand, it gets busy. They got to me to make my bowl, then when it was time to pay the girl straight up walked away from the register. I was like bro youāre kidding!! And her two coworkers looked at each other confused and weirded out, and the guy who made my bowl looked at me with concern, I was like man sheās a bad coworker LOL. he tried to serve the people as fast as he could to help me on register. I wish I couldāve gotten his name. But he helped me out in the end. But it was weird!! Like how do you just walk away in the middle of a rush?? Nah, I donāt think Iāll return here...

I placed my order online for pick up. While the Chipotlane was convenient for my daughters and I, I still waited a good 10 minutes in the lane waiting for someone to attend me. (I was the only person in the lane) And as fast as the lady handed me my order and left, I noticed they didnāt give me my kids drink. (This isnāt the first time they forget an item from my kids meal). And because no one was standing at the window, I had to honk to get someoneās attention.
And I know people have complained that Chipotle is stingy when serving but this location really didnāt want to spare a piece of steak. My burrito tasted like nothing but veggies. I barely had any sour cream and steak. Not mention it was A LOT Smaller than any of the other chipotles Iāve been at. My daughters tacos only had 6 pieces of steak each and not to mention her side of rice was wrong.
The place is nice and clean but the serving portions is kinda ridiculous. And Iām not someone to complain about anything. But this was worth...
