As I walked into the store, there was one lady customer at the order counter where the tray of this week’s cookies were on display. Tiny printed, folded sign in front corner of tray said, ā€œFor display only.ā€ Two employees were at work behind the counter by the counter of boxes. After the lady moved over to the Pick-Up side to the left, a staff gal came to ask if I wanted to order; so I asked for one salted caramel cookie, as I pointed to larger sample cookie on the tray. Staff girl flipped the iPad on the counter in front of me and probably put my order into it. She looked into my eye and asked me if I wanted one, and I said, ā€œYes, that’s what I asked for when I was telling you my order.ā€ Lady customer and I exchanged glances, and she offered the explanation that it’s a noisy space in the store, as she pointed to the open ductwork above our heads. Staff asked me if I was paying cash, and when I said, ā€œNo, w/card,ā€ she turned over the iPad to me to finish my payment alone and left me to finish. Two customers received their orders before mine was finished; one was the lady who was waiting earlier and another man who had entered the store left with two single boxes.

At this point, I realized that the employees are busy filling app orders and previous in-store customers’ orders CONSTANTLY. Finishing touches are put on each individual cookie before one or all are being set into a pink, folded box .

I never looked to the right wall or that side of the building during my first five minutes inside store. Apparently, that is the self-serve area AND menu items on LARGE display screen. Two iPads there are for customers to place an order. Iā€˜d already looked at my Crumbl app on my phone at home, so I knew what one cookie I wanted to buy.

When my name ā€œAnnā€ was called, I left the store with my one single box of the desired cookie. The box had small smears of caramel on the top and side of the box. Cookie was...

Oh my goodness, my visit to Crumble in The Colony Castle Hills or whatever, was beyond amazing, all thanks to the incredible Alexis! I must admit, I'm usually a bit indecisive when it comes to choosing from their mouthwatering selection, but Alexis swooped in like a dessert superhero and guided me through the menu with boundless energy and enthusiasm. Despite my dilemma of having leftover Valentine's Day cookies, she helped me craft the most epic lineup of treats: the irresistible pink sugar cookie, the heavenly vanilla bean cupcake, the classic M&M cookie, and the divine lemon cheesecake. Each bite was pure bliss, and I'm currently in cookie heaven as I write this review!

Alexis's passion for cookies is absolutely contagious, and her extensive knowledge, acquired from working at multiple locations, shone through as she shared fun facts and insider tips. Plus, she even went the extra mile to help me with the cookie cutter, ensuring that my cookie-cutting experience was top-notch! I'm overflowing with gratitude for her fantastic help, and I can't wait to return to the store, especially for any catering needs. Thank you a million times, Alexis, for your outstanding service and for making my visit an...

this was my first time EVER at crumbl cookie and honestly the worst service i have experienced. I did an online order through the maps websites when you look up the location and exited and was not sure how to go about but i saw estimated time and i was charged so i went. It was really busy so i gave them a minute till the next person was free and i told her i made a order and she took my name said it wrong i told her so many times and she went to check never got back to me 10-15 mins go by im waitimg because i think maybe there not done, i ask another employee he ask me my name confirms it and everyone who was there before and after me proceed to leave both of them tell me nothing another 15 minutes go by and they don't even make eye contact with me or nothing so i ask A THIRD person and i told hey i been here for 30 minutes cuts me off ask me my name and then 2-3 minutes later she gives me my order and kind of shoves it to me , and proceeds to say nothing all that FOR SOME COLD COOKIES and they didn't even look like the picture. 35 MINUTE wait on a order i ordered 25 MINUTES before i got there for them to...

I feel like I had a different cookie compared to everyone else. First time dropping by to see all the hype, and sadly came when the weekly rotation of cookies had none that appealed to me. Course that meant I could try the "always reliable" chocolate chip cookie. Yes the cookie was soft, but it wasn't exactly moist. It kinda felt like sand in my mouth which might mean it wasn't fully mixed before baking. And it was a bit too overly sweet for my tastes, and I love sweet things a bit too much haha. Glad I was able to split it with someone as I definitely wouldn't be able to finish it myself, which usually I can for some desserts... Hoping to try again another time when there is a specialty cookie that I'm interested in.

It might be just me, so take this review with a grain of salt. Yes, the store is clean, the employees are bright and friendly. The cookies on offer are interesting in that the varieties are changing from week to week. Yet somehow, I just didn't care for the cookies, even though we got three different ones. If I had to pick, I guess the one with chocolate bits in it was all right, but mostly they are all just a sugar party. I love sugar, don't misunderstand, but the somewhat goofy shapes of these cookies and the tastes of these cookies are not for me.
