Total Fitness Kickboxing is such an amazing place. The instructors, Josh and Tyler, are very friendly and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. They show you how to wrap your hands, and go through all the punches and kicks with you before your first class. They have created an atmosphere where anyone who walks in the door can feel welcome and excited to workout. Their classes are so fun and high energy that you don't even realized you are putting in some serious cardio. I hate cardio, but they have gotten me to the point where I can do three of their 45 minute kickboxing classes back-to-back and still come back for more the next day. Working out is always more exciting when you have others to help motivate you and make the experience a little more fun. If you're new to kickboxing, THIS is absolutely where you want to start...it's the most supportive environment you can find. No intimidation, no antics. Both from coaches and members alike. And if you're a kickboxing vet, you'll be challenged every day to get better, faster, stronger. The staff are caring, professional, knowledgeable, and will challenge you in every session. Tyler helped me get started and informed me of the start up process and the process of canceling(if needed). I have attended Andrew's classes and he is high energy and listens to his clients for each workout. Tara is new and brings a great dynamic to her classes. Josh is a great example of hardwork and strive for greatness. What I like is that they walk around and check on each individual throughout the 45 minute sessions.
