UPDATE* 12/31/19 Went back to give it another try because its close and was given some gift certificates for Christmas. It is still a major dissapointment and the service, especially the manager today who was taking orders atvthe drive thru, is terrible. First, drove thru last week and my order came out to $10.05 which was great because the card was $10 and I had a nickel. It was fine enough for fast food, but the drink was still bad so I threw that out. Today I decided to go back becasue I have another $10 card I wanted to get rid of. Placed the exact same order and it came out a little more. Just change, but still strange. I asked and they said they charged for the cheese. This meal comes with cheese as it is clearly in the photo and on the website. The "manager" argued saying that the number one didnt come with cheese. Even after trying to epalin the picture and the website shows it has cheese she still refused to confirm or admit she could be wrong. I said I expected 2 pieces of cheese and she said no. I was done arguing with her and just left only to get home and see my order was all wrong. (I know I should have checked before leaving.) So I had to go back. Now I had to wait again. SHe finally came to the front and again I pointed out the picture right next to her head and showed her the site on my phone and she still argued it. Either way they had to remake my food so I told her I expected 2 pieces of cheese since she overcharged me. She yanked the bag from the counter hissy fit style and chunked it in the trash. They remade it correctly, but I honestly didnt trust what came back to me so I ended up throwing it out. The girl at the drive thru and the guy working the register tried to be as nice and polite as they could be, but the girl wearing the orange jacket without a name tag showing needs to be retained on the menu and customer service espacially if she is supposed to be a manager.
The drink was still disgusting like they havent ever cleaned the machine.
Just drove thorough a few minutes ago. They are new so have some things to work out, but it needs to happen quick. First the drainage in the parking lot is terrible. At least 12 hours after the rain and there is almost a foot of standing water in 2 places because of poor design. It dips down a lot in those places. In one puddle I did see a drain, but nothing was moving. It was the first major rain since they have been there. but it is really something that needs to be addressed. The food is mostly good. About as good as you can expect from DQ, the drinks tasted like it came from an old machine that hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the fries were so salty and cold they were inedible. I live literally a 2 minute drive from here so there is no reason...
Read moreWould’ve given them 5 stars why I didn’t is I had a large order that had 2 crispy blt salads one without tomatoes when I arrived back at my hotel the one without tomatoes had only chicken and shredded lettuce not leafy and was half missing so I had to drive all the way back up there gave my receipt and the salad back and my receipt wasn’t returned and i watched her throw the salad in the trash don’t know if that’s protocol but they knew they had messed up on the salad cause she was very apologetic and said they thought they had ran out of salad mix but they didn’t and then handed me my salad which was correctHowever if that had been the caseI would’ve liked to been informed that they no longer had the right salad instead of paying for something I didn’t order but nevertheless they fix the issue but instead of having to do all that transferring of the receipt and the food especially due to Covid to just throw it in the trash was beyond me. I believe since you messed up on the order in the first place and had to drive all the way back up there it wouldn’t hurt to let the customer keep the food especially if it’s going in the trash I mean that could’ve been a homeless person’s meal or any ones besides the trashcan. But besides that the overall store itself conducted themselves in a very nice manner and the food is always good other than a little hiccup that we all...
Read moreMy husband & I went for dinner on 9/23/19. The parking lot is flooded with as much as 6" of standing water in 2 places. Drainage is a problem. The place is poorly engineered. Inside was worse. My burger meat was nearly burnt & very dry. Barely edible. The coke machine was out of numerous things, including Coke Zero & most of the flavor add-ins. I couldn't get a Cherry Coke Zero & had to settle for Barq's. WORST OF ALL: BOTH BATHROOMS WERE OUT OF ORDER. I was unaware that it's legal to run a public restaurant without a working bathroom on the property. Also, I overheard the manager being mouthy with a customer who was only attempting to inform him they had to refill the Coke dispenser. We WILL NOT GO BACK. I'm only giving the 1 star because this template won't let me post a review without at least 1 star, but read this review as ZERO stars.
