This location is the only location close to me. These two ladies need to be fired. They're always rushing to make an order when there's literally no line behind me at all. There's been a few times there trying to rush. Ask what you want ahead of time then put stuff you didn't ask for because they're rushing. It's happened to a few ppl in front of me. And ppl iv been to lunch with. They will add things you didn't ask for. Or add extra on there own. Then when at the register try and up charge you and say it was extra. They force ppl into paying saying they have to pay. And some ppl will pay because they don't want to argue. But that's not right. Make the food how the person ask you too. And stop trying to over charge ppl for your mistakes. They talk more than they work. There always looking at customers and talking in spanish. That's all they litterly do is stand there and gossip. Prep more food. Clean the counter. Do something. Let me eat in peace and stop looking at me talking about me. These two specific ladies always have an attitude. One of them is litterly there just sliding the food down. Not doing anything. Like what is her use. Then she's the one who tells the person at the register extra meat or extra something. She did that to this girl in front of me. She added like 3 extra things the girl didn't want to argue with her. So she just paid for it and left. That is not right. Read moreThis was my first time ordering via app, so I made sure to pay attention to what I was doing. Placed my order and headed to the store. Walked up to the cash register and I had to speak first. Said I placed an online order from the app. The guy at the register asked my name, I told him my name. There were 2 bagged orders on the counter and one on the shelf. He looked at the 2 on the counter and said neither one of these is yours. He said you can look on the shelf and see if that one's yours. I looked and it wasn't mine. He then said, are you sure you placed an order. I said yes, I'm positive. He said well you MUST have chosen the wrong store. This frustrated me because he just knew it was my error and not his. At this point I'm looking at the app reading out the address to him and he's not paying me any attention and kept saying well we don't have your order you must have done something wrong. Another young man walked over and asked what was the issue. He told this young man, "she says she placed an online order here but I don't see it." The second young man walked over to the computer system and pulled my order right up and apologized for the oversight. Needless to say, I had to stand and wait for my order. The order that should have been ready when I got there. If it wasn't for the rudeness and disrespect of the first guy, I would not have complained. Read moreThere were two young men working today. The first one was touching under the appliances & preceded to touch my pico with the same gloved hands. I asked him to not touch my food being that I didn’t know what was under that appliance. He asked did I want him to change his gloves before he added my cheese & I said yes. As he was changing his gloves the CASHIER who was just handling money & touching the register asked what I was waiting for I said cheese but before I could let him know his co-worker was changing his gloves to do that he grabbed the cheese & put it on top of my food. Again he was just handling money & touching the register. He did not change gloves & thought it was sanitary to touch something I had to consume. I immediately said I did not want the food anymore because that was VERY Unsanitary! It Was clear they caught an attitude which I did not care about. Right is right & wrong is absolutely wrong! These young men need to be properly trained on cross contamination & proper sanitary measures! My sister purchased Queso & chips & after she was rung up the cashier asked did she want her change.
