If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here on 4/12/2025 with 2 other people around 11pm. The waitress took our drink order, left, then came back with our drinks promptly. When she delivered our drinks she also took our food order. Now, this is where the issues start. We waited for our food about an hour before trying to find the waitress. No one had checked on us during that whole hour. I had to get up to find some help and when I located someone, they told me they would go get our waitress. The waitress came and told us our food would be out shortly. 5 minutes later, our food came out, but my 9 grain pancakes were missing. The waitress said they would be out shortly. So after about 10 minutes of waiting, I got up again to give my plate to the kitchen because I didn’t want cold eggs, cold hashbrowns, and cold ham with hot 9 grain pancakes. I wanted all my food hot together. When I handed my plate over, I was informed that the 9 grain pancakes would be out shortly. I sat back down, watched the 2 people I came with finish their food. When they were done (which was about 15 more minutes after I sat down again), I got up again and told a random waitress that there was no point in me waiting any longer for my food because everyone else was finished and that I would like my check. She rang me up, but I had to tell her to remove my meal since I didn’t receive it. She removed my meal and I paid. I went back to my table and told the others we were ready to go. We got up and walked out of the establishment. When we made it to our vehicle, we saw that Javed (the manager) was trying to flag us down. He asked one of the people with me if we paid. I walked up to him and showed him my receipt. He then begin to apologize for our experience and explain that the waitress was new and she didn’t put in the correct pancake order. I asked him what can he do to guarantee I have a better experience next time. He told me he would cook the food himself the next time I come. There won’t be a next time because getting my order wrong was not the only issue. The wait time was ridiculous, the fact that I had to keep getting up to find out the status of our order was ridiculous, and the accusation that we left without paying was the too much to give Dennys another chance. I DO NOT...
Read moreNot the greatest feeling writing this on Christmas but at least the truth should be know. We went to this Denny's as a family to enjoy dinner together. When we got there we waited over 30 mins to be seated (understandable since it is Christmas) even when others who came after us were seated before we were. Once we were seated, the waitress Rachel was quick and prompt as to get the drinks and food orders. We had ordered 4 spicy sriracha burgers with the veggie Patty and no bacon as we are vegetarian and other food as well. When the order came out, the burgers had bacon on them so we told Rachel the order was wrong so she apologized and said she will get them w no bacon right away. A manager, Al, came to help her so she told him what was wrong and what needed to be corrected. He took the burgers to the back and to our knowledge we were going to get new burgers with no bacon on them. 5 mins later he came out with the burgers ( note that it took over an hour the first time to get our food) as if they were freshly cooked burgers. All he did was take the bacon off the burgers and brought them back out. I know bc I checked the burgers and the fat oil from the bacon was on the old dried up cheese.
To Al (if you ever read this), I am a vegetarian and when I order my food to be vegetarian, I hope you understand what that means. You might have tried to save time or your store money by not wasting the burgers and just taking the bacon off as if we would not notice but I noticed and I was very disappointed. In fact I know for a fact that I will never go back to any Denny's for this reason. It's injustice to a customer who's paying for the product they order and to get something they did not order.
Very Disappointing! And to do this on Christmas!...
Read moreFor a Denny's this place is excellent. I have been here alone and with the family. Yes they are predominately Latino but they are not racist at all. Asha looks East Indian and she is a fantastic waitress. She is sharp and funny and gets it. I don't know what she is doing here but I'm glad she's here for now. They work together and care about their work and service to customers. All of the staff here work to provide a great experience. The manager struck me as genuine the minute I walked in the door. She has a very warm attitude and picks her staff well. She could make a mint consulting for many other restaurants in the area ! Lucy is another waitress who does her best. All the staff from bussers, wait staff and cooks are on their toes. I've never had a bad experience here personally so that is what I can speak too. There are no thin skinned infants working here that I have seen and the food is what it should be. If you have been to other Denny's like most of us, then you know that this is the exception not the rule. I'm glad I've found a place to get a good breakfast anytime. There is nothing better for getting a bite on the go than a place that is comfortable. I don't know any of them personally and we are new in the area so this is an objective, honest, observation. I happen to like this place when it's busy; there are lots of families and groups enjoying themselves. There is a diverse group of diners eating here of all kinds of ethnic...
