Usually receive good service but today was horrible. Jade is a good stylist but on my last visit I had 1 eye completed ( because she was running late) I asked should I wait and was told it was okay but after 30 minutes I was told to return for completion. After paying in cash $70 and asking how much my next visit would cost for completion I was told by the 2 front desk receptionist that my cost was to be $18.00. This was said several times before I left. I was scheduled for a “mini 30 minute visit “. Today Jade completed the one eye that was not done during my last visit. When I go to check out the rude front desk girl said I owed $70! I told her what I was quoted during my last visit and she said that was not right and she was there during my last visit ( she wasn’t there). I again told her what I was quoted and I was not going to pay more this girl tells me the $18 was for volume. Finally she calls her manager and after talking with her the phone was given to me and the manager begins talking to me like I was the one who made the mistake. instead of apologizing for the mistake her staff made. I asked her why is she talking to me about this and that I didn’t make the mistake and she needed to educate her staff. She said she they weren’t there so she was letting me know. After speaking with the manager the girl at the front desk hung up with her manager and instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding said “I’ll take your money”. Horrible service. Needs to learn how to treat people who are paying for a service. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! I didn’t want to know what was wrong but an apology for the mistake and that it will be corrected. I bought many items, good quality too, like various gifts for Valentine's Day coming up and Christmas decor, all at 50%off!

I even loved the regular priced items of interest to me, again because of the quality and rarity....bathrobes, pj pants, purses, poncho's, books, wine & more that were definitely affordable!

I thought it was nice they didn't carry a ton of each item because it gave me the opportunity to see the variety of what they do have.

I was limited for time so I didn't get to shop everything but will be going back. Very much worth the drive...
