Tried this location for the first time and due to health issues ordered online for curbside pickup. Banners in window even boast curbside pickup but there is no designated parking although there is supposed to be per the website. Called 3 times and waited 10 minutes. No one was answering the phone; left 2 voicemails. Finally entered and an employee was standing behind the front counter doing absolutely nothing. When I questioned why no one was answering the phone and that I had been waiting in my car trying to get someone, she asked my name and then said, "Here." as she gave me my family's order. I then asked if the food was even still warm. Blank stare; no verbal reply. I then stated, "You're not even going to apologize?" She then said, "Sorry." Worst experience ever! BTW, the food was barely warm upon getting it home and we only live about 5 minutes away. No telling how long it was sitting at the front upon the fact no one was answering the phone. Bottom line: If you're not going to honor a service or even bother answering your phone, don't offer the service and perhaps don't open a franchise. Extremely poor customer service. And afterwards, I tried the phone number 3 more times. Immediate hangups each time; doesn't even go to voicemail. Talk about pouring salt on a wound. I already emailed a complaint to the corporate office. I encourage everyone else who experienced poor service do so as well. And this from a NEW franchise. Shameful. 9/29/20 Added a star (2 stars now--didn't edit as quickly as planned) as corporate office responded within 48 hours and refunded cost of meal. In addition, corporate office plans to look at this location more closely due to high number of complaints for a new location. Still haven't gone back but appreciated...

I've seen 2 other doordashers since I've been here with multiple plates I see the ladie in a black shirt with pink hair doing the bags...it's not busy at all I see only 1 table here at this time, the ladie in a grey shirt with blonde hair is running around ignored my husband and acting as if the restaurant is busy. They took care of the 2 ladies orders that came in after we did. Guess they think it's funny to pick and choose whos to do 1st.they are messing with people's jobs here and money. Very unprofessional!! Childish! And not 1 manager in sight.....NOW 3 ORDERS HAVE GONE BY AND THE 1 SINGLE PLATE/ ORDER STILL HASNT CAME OUT. A WHOLE 30 MINUTES!!! They seem to be going down a list but still can't seem to get my order out. Again 1 table here!!! And 3 other doordashers that got here AFTER me done came and went. Wow! Corporate should come look at this restaurant seriously and the staff.... NOW the ladie in a grey shirt done comeout to smoke a cigarette...I'm still here waiting on this single order. Oh, apparently the guy in red is a manager and told my husband who he knew the he was waiting on an order told my husband "what do you want me to do" when my husband complained on 3 different orders with multiple plates arrived and left after he seen my husband waiting, acknowledged him and didn't care 1 bit. This place sure has gone down hill. This done nothing for us taking yalls time it does something for the store...why accept doordash when you don't want doordash people there, the reviews are on the store NOT us...
Read moreI tried to get someone to pick up but this is ridiculous no one answered the phone it just went to a answering service 😩, so I took my family there last night the server was kind but super slow it took a hr for drinks to come out and all the orders were correct but mine I asked for pancakes and got stuffed French toast when I asked the guy he said yes this is what you ordered bui I showed him the picture of what I wanted we had got no refills on our drinks I asked for a child's cup and was told they Dnt have them then a few mins later he got me a empty cut to transfer the juice for my grandchild, 😩😩😩 it took so long for the food to come out there was no manager at the location and was like 3 workers total.
