Have lived in this neighborhood for a few years so was thrilled when this location opened up because even if not open 24 hours like our regular/old location on edgemere, this location is only 3 blocks away. However we've experienced nothing but issues. This last experience sealed the deal and we will never return. I know two customers won't hurt the bank but it's principal. The 1st 6 months this location opened we were patient and gave a lot of slack since every new place needs time to work out kinks. Those original issues were: wrong food orders *either missing something or we are given someone else's order, etc. VERY rude customer service. The food orders for the MOST part have been been worked out over time but the rude customer service hasn't. If you walk in lobby your ignored by entire cure. *between 3-6 staff. They don't make eye contact, they don't speak to you, zero acknowledgement. You must get into vehicle and go through drive thru to get help. This last visit I stood for 25min with zero interaction before got into car. No matter if you order 10 min. 20 min 30 min orders are never ready and must pull forward and wait 20 min. Read moreThe staff at this location are under trained and unfriendly. I ordered using the mobile app and when I arrived for my order they shared the items were not available. When I asked for a refund the lady at the speaker was rude and asked me to pull to the window. The lady at the window was far worse in her tone and attitude. When I asked for a refund she said I had to take a drink, or other item. I told her I had no use or want for another item. She then came back with half a dozen donuts and said they were complimentary for not having the other items. I don’t understand how they were complimentary when she didn’t give me what I paid for… or issue a refund. When I called on the phone to speak to a manager she was very rude and said she gave me what was on my order ( she lied). She also said she couldn’t give me her name because they aren’t allowed too....
Read moreThe reason I always stop going to Dunkin’ is the consistency. I can’t trust that the coffee I order today will taste the same and be the same quality as it was a few days or a week ago. I order the same size coffee with 2 creams every time, yet today the coffee was literally WHITE. It looked like the entire cup was just straight cream. I get you’re busy… but if you take the time to give me the right thing the first time (that goes for every other customer) then you won’t ever fall behind when you have to remake things over and over again just trying to rush to get it done.
