Staff could be a little friendlier. Stopped there nearly every morning to order a strawberry hulk with peanut butter. Well a new young lady made my drink for me twice and I could not taste the peanut butter in it. The first time I didn't say anything the second time I wasn't aware until I tasted it 10 minutes after driving away. I couldn't turn around because I didn't want to be late for work so I called. Well the young man with the beard whom I assume is the manager answered the phone, I told him I stop by daily and the last 2 times I don't think I received the peanut butter that I paid to be added. Well he told me he would speak with her and call me back so he took my name and number. Well about 15min later he called back and said he checked the cameras in the store and seen her add the peanut butter and it just may not have been properly blended so there wasn't anything he could do. He made me feel as if I was lying. I was FLOORED as a daily customer who has ordered the same drink for years from Smoothie King I in fact know when my drink is missing something. I have NEVER not tasted the peanut butter in my smoothie and this is from years of going to various locations. I hated to have this experience because it's conveniently located for me in route to work and the owner whom I've met there before seemed to be really nice. However that guy needs to be replaced! Read moreWent in at 11AM on Saturday June 21. I didn’t get their names, but this was hands down the worst two employees I have encountered. I placed an online order and waited my designated 15 minutes. Went in, they were busy and that’s okay, it’s understandable especially since it’s a Saturday morning. The order was not ready, again, I’ve worked in the food industry so I understand. What I don’t understand is how I waited another 5 minutes, and they still somehow got my order wrong? Okay, that’s fine, mistakes happen. I wait again another 5 minutes, and one of the girls (who looked like the older one) apologizes and asks if I’d just like a refund. First of all, anyone with logical sense would know to work on the messed up drink first considering I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes, secondly, giving me an attitude when I ask for a second to get the payment method was beyond me. TERRIBLE job, TERRIBLE employees, and this is coming from someone who worked at the Starbucks on I-45. Read moreI’ve come to this location for some years now. This new crew (for the mornings) is terrible. I’ve come first thing in the morning when the business should be open, and they had headphones in with the doors locked. No matter how clean (at times) the place may be, or how well the product is; the “atmosphere” is severely compromised dealing with individuals who act like is an inconvenience to them to do their jobs. Check your cameras on how your customers are greeted. Not one smile, or “welcome in” etc. There used to be an older guy, and a younger gentleman that worked the mornings. They were great. If the owner is able to see this… action is definitely needed. In all seriousness, robots would likely be a better solution.
