Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

This location is extremely disorganized and chaotic every time I go here. Which honestly is not that often. Today is my last, I ordered on the app to pick up. I go inside and wait for 15 minutes trying to patient I realize that they had my order waiting behind the counter without calling my name or anything. I had to ask whose name is on those drinks, I couldn’t see them because they were behind the pastry display for some reason, not on the normal counter. He told me they were for Summer. I ask him, how long have they been sitting there. He says 10 minutes. I asked, “Do yall not call out names anymore?” I had noticed the whole time I was waiting any names was called only once. I got my coffees and they were luke warm. How do you have a shop full of people and not call out the order? This is why I never go here. Javaman for the win and they will continue to get my business. The floors were gross and the location in general...

i would give this store 0 star if i can. i was order online to pick up some mugs on friday night 12/20/2024. i and my 4 months was driving 45 mins at 8:00pm to come pick up my order and you know what they out of stock my entire of order but they didn't call or notice me when i ordered. then i asked for my refund since my order was incomplete and the guys refused to refund for me they said it's online order i have to call starbucks CS which was make wait for another an hour to talk to ppl. fine i did all of those stuffs and today i still didn't receipt my refund. what a horrible service. plus, they are charging me $1.88 for nothing. BAD SERVICE update: still haven't receipt my refund. 12/26/24. VERY BAD...

Mann, believe it or not but 🅰 couple weeks ago is tha first time ⏰ I tried Starbucks out and tha only reason why is cause I stayed with my Brothers from Another's house 🏠 (Frankie " aka " Cheekie & Mike " aka " Pic) and that next morning 🌄 they wanted me to ride wit them 2 Star ⭐ Bucks establishment " Side Note - Have Never Liked Coffee ☕ Be4 " Mike keep hassling me about trying something there so he got UR MAPS CONTRIBUTE BOY 🅰 Frappuccino and 🅰 G was hooked " aka " In Luv ➕ WIRED as F*ck!! Also tha Employees 👥 was cool 😎 and knowledgeable!! MANN, also there was 🅰 Lil Sument BEAUTIFUL 2 peep 👀 while you what 😉. So I would recommend going, Starbucks...
