Little Caesars should really consider taking a look at their Google reviews for this store and maybe just maybe do an unannounced site visit on a Friday night. Last night I went in to get an order my daughter placed online at 8:15PM. I had been at work since 5 that morning and she asked me to pick up the order on my way home. When I arrived at the store it was 8:35PM. She hadn't got any notifications when I arrived so I sat in the car for about 5 minutes (8:40). I went and stood in front of the window for another 5 minutes (8:45) as there was at least 20 people in the store. I was looking for my name on the Pizza Portal screen. Some people left so I went in where I asked Joshua (I discovered his name later or at least that's what he told me his name was) if order 405 was ready...He asked my name and then told me not yet. So I went back outside and waited 5 more minutes (8:50). Asking Joshua again. He said not yet...again! did this 2 more times. Now it is about 9:00PM and this time when I asked he looked at 2 pizzas that have been on the counter, in their boxes, with a bag of Crazy Bread on top and said we're just waiting on the Crazy Bread. She ordered 2 regular peperoni pizzas, 1 Crazy Bread and 1 Crazy Bread combo. So now it's 9:05 and I'm the only customer left... this little boy walks in and Joshua helps him right away. He orders 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread, pays for it and walks right out... Finally I had had enough. Enough waiting, enough watching Joshua work the register then go touch food with no washing of hands and the overall rudeness of the staff, most importantly Joshua (most of the staff had sagging pants where you can see underwear). I got a little rude and may have cussed about the kid and me needing one bag of Crazy Bread. So Joshua gets my pizzas and the Crazy Bread and then opens the door and gets a bag that has been sitting in the warmer. I was so pissed I stormed out at 9:12PM. When I got home my daughter opened the box to get her kids started eating. Both pizzas were cold as they had been sitting out on the restaurant counter for at least 20 minutes...1 was burnt and 1 wasn't cooked all the way...one bag was full of Crazy Bread and the other bag had 3 pieces of what my daughter said was stuffed bread... only that bag was warm as it was the one that came out of the warmer. This is the most horrible service I have ever had. My daughter and I went back to the store and demanded a full refund which apparently will be refunded to her card within 72 hours. Needless to say I share the sentiment of the google reviews for this store. I will NOT be back. The service is horrible, the wait times are horrible, employees not washing their hands or wearing gloves for that matter, sagging pants with underwear exposed, and an unclean restaurant. The kid that issued the return (said his name was Keenan) wasn't as bad. Joshua was getting a little mouthy during the refund...Keenan told us to not pay any attention. All I can say is...Little...
Read moreI dont like giving bad reviews, because its not a positive thing to do. But this place after many, many, visits has managed to push me to give them a review, all be said; negative. - The service is pathetically bad. Extremely unorganized, unclean, poor at every level. I Door Dash for this area. I have been Door Dashing for a few years now. Every time I come to pick up an order from this location, the store has a line of dashers among other pick ups lined up in the store waiting for extended periods of time. I have waited an excess of 30 to 45 minutes for and order of one pizza and two other smaller items. They make the pizzas then the pile of pizzas sits on their counter to be labeled. The employee doesn't know what kind of pizza (order) is inside the boxes so he opens the one box and looks, is not the one he is looking for I guess so he closes it, he proceeds to open the other one, and the other one, and the other one. And this process continues on and on and on while he figures out whats in each box, then he goes back to opening the box again to put the label he just printed but doesn't know what box the label goes into. Mean time this orders are getting cold and not good for delivery literally. I have videoed them and this is literally how they handle the excess of orders they manage to receive. They have not a proper process to ensure orders go out in a timely manner and stay warm while they are labeling the orders. The service is very unprofessional. I complained to them about having to wait 45 minutes last night for my DD order and the fellow with his head down could not even say Im sorry. The store is dirty, when I got there the fridge the sodas was opened, Lord knows for how long, but my sodas were not cold, and the pizza I picked up was cold. Though I complained I still had to deliver a cold pizza. These people don't realize that their delay is our loss as we cant get any additional orders while waiting for them to provide what it is supposed to be ready when we arrive for pick up, if not? at least have it ready within a decent amount of time, 45 minutes its way too long. Specially if the order has been seating in the counter for that long because they have a pile high boxes of pizzas that they do not know what and whose order they are.
This place needs to be re-structured or be under a total new management that would bring a better process into the handling of orders.
If you saw what I see every time I go into this store you would never order food from here.
I have more videos but will not bored you with more. Open and close boxes because they do not know which box has what and by the time she finish opening and checking she’s forgotten what box has what. So pizzas sit on counter for a long time getting cold while people are waiting in long lines. It’s horrendous and agonizing to watch them...
Read moreI get it. This generation of kids are not built to handle Pressure. They fold, and that’s. It their fault. They’ve been babied their whole lives and expect things to go their way vice having to deal with obstacles. But this is definitely the fault of the manager. I called to make an order 40 mins before they closed, so I could pick up on my Way home. Went through the whole Process to finally get on the phone with the cashier on call, and after they asked me if I was picking up or delivery, blatantly hung up on me. I arrived 4 minutes later to the store. And it was packed with approximately 9 other customers waiting. The cashier clearly overwhelmed and out of his depth, viably frustrated told us that they weren’t taking anymore orders and if you already paid for an order, a refund would be issued. When we asked for the managers number, because he explained to us how it wasn’t his fault we wouldn’t be getting our food, and that he was left understaffed, he walked away to the back of the store to make a call. After another 15 minutes he walks back to us and provides us with the 1800 Ceasars number, stating the manager was on vacation and could not be bothered. So she provided the HQ number instead. I’m walking away to go find another dinner option for the family. And it’s not even 10 yet. They’re actual closing time. The last 40 mins was just us watching this cashier get flustered and upset and then the manager letting him take the fall and deal with us frustrated customers. Wow…...
