Honestly. Just overall bad experience. The food was fine no problems there. The waitress was. Not great. Messed up our ticket by giving it to someone else. They technically paid for our food. She asked me to leave my credit card info so she could charge it later. I refused. She told me we had to pay for our food but if the other table had our ticket our food was paid for. The redeeming part of the experience was a I'm guessing manager that came over and explained what was going to happen in a nice friendly tone. But it still took about 45 minutes for us to get a duplicate ticket so we could pay and leave. In that time we weren't offered a refill on our drinks or even checked on. She refused to look at our table or say anything to us when she took our plates. She actively avoided our table. I know Sunday at ihop is stressful and I understand that working in food service is hard and again stressful at times. And I was willing to overlook some stuff. But once it slowed down. We were still waiting for our ticket to be reprinted. Honestly I'm not returning to this location. Which I know means nothing to the location cause it is an Ihop and people will still go. But I'll just go to a different one. And if I do find myself at this one for some reason or another I'll wait for another waitress. The majority of our visit we weren't even eating. Just sitting and waiting for our first check. That someone else paid. Then waiting for our...
Read more01/21/2020 @9:15pm central time. Came in with my significant other. He order the unlimited pancakes breakfast and i got what i always get my strawberry banana french toast With eggs, sausage and hash brown on the side. The lady that serve us got our drinks wrong to begin with and we were thirsty and our drink wasn’t ask to refill, and when we had our food She had our food wrong. My french toast came plain so i have to ask her about my bananas and strawberries that was supposed to come with it because i was sure i even point out the picture on the menu to her and told her exactly how the picture looks. After we ate the pancakes we wanted to get some more instead she was chatting with her coworker by the register and not checking on her tables. Mind you this night it was not even busy, it was us and two other couples at ihop this night and full of workers standing around because that’s how slow it was. So there was a lady without the uniform standing at the register i waved at her to come get us some more pancakes and when she did came over that’s when our server decided to pop up at our table. We waited for more extra 20minutes on the pancakes, we were soo disappointed and decided to leave. Just because its slow doesn’t mean y’all can slack on y’all tables especially we’re...
Read moreOutstanding! I hadn't visited an IHOP in over 5 years, until this morning. I went in around 6:30am, and the place was just starting to get the breakfast crowd--approximately 10 tables occupied. I was seated quickly, had a menu, then coffee in front of me within 2 minutes. I placed my order for the biscuits and gravy combo with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links and extra gravy on the side within 4 minutes of starting my coffee. My order was on the table within 7 minutes. Everything tasted great!!! The biscuits were baked to perfection and the excellent gravy that was already covering them was plentiful--an unexpected treat. How many times have we run out of gravy before the biscuits were gone? Not at IHOP. The sausage was perfect, the eggs were just right and the hash browns were nice and crispy on top. My server was very hospitable and had a great attitude. I'll see you tomorrow morning for a waffle and crepes, IHOP--keep up the excellent work!
Side note--pay no attention to the review that Westheimer King posted below. It's nothing more than another of his "Look at me, I conceal carry racially slurred rants" that has NO bearing on the actual establishment. He even states the food was okay, but still gave a 1-star review because he hasn't put his big boy...
