Had to call corporate as I called Ariel, employee said she was busy! I then got hung up. Tried calling back several times no answer. STAY CLEAR OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SANDWICH SHOP!!!
Thought this terrible manager got fired! I have been placing several orders for months. I get a call 8/20/25 from a guy stating he can't complete my order because I am banned! He hung up on me, I want my $22.00 back ASAP. Not much wonder this unprofessional sandwich shop has bad reviews. Please see attached pictures stating orders placed!!!
Very angry placed order online went to pick up at 12:20PM, said my order was done at 9:00am something, asked guy when it was made he said he just got there. Left and I was missing kickin ranch, went back and guy told me he can't serve me due to complaints to corporate. Then gave me Ariel the managers number,called Ariel she said she was trying to enjoy her weekend off I said I was sorry that I did not know your employee gave me your number. She said that I have left several complaints that were false about hair in my sandwich that could of been mine, false they do not ware hair nets. And there is a review regarding same situation!! Then another complaint was the bread looked moldy corporate said no it was not it was carbon and should still not be served that way to customers!! Ariel is a terrible manager as she hung up on me before I even had a chance to tell her. I even contacted corporate stating they need more employees as I went on a Saturday and it was 12pm and girl was overwhelmed. Seriously do not even try going here you will waste your money and if you have complaints, they get upset and have the odasitty to say I can't be served anymore. I have spent lots of money here for them to tell me i cannot be served is appalling. I will be emailing corporate about how Ariel hung up on me and was saying I leave false complaints. Ariel should not be a manager treating customers this way, also guy yesterday should not be working there either very rude. Please have owner contact me. Over all I love Jimmy Johns as a sandwich shop but I had an incident with this particular location. I live and work about a mile and a half (6 minute drive) from this store and about 3 miles (12 minute drive) from another location. I called this one to see if they could deliver to my job but I was told I was in a grey area for delivery meaning no Jimmy Johns delivers to my home nor job. After I was told that information I was told a specific driver would deliver to me if I gave him an exceptional tip. I said okay yeah sure ill give him a larger tip for delivering to me although I am in a grey area. The woman took my order, address, and my card information and placed my order. I asked for her name and the drivers name so in the future i’d know who to speak to when I wanted delivery. I was only on break which is an hour so after about 50 minutes of waiting I called back and advised them to just cancel the order considering I would have no time left to eat. Within the same week I had card fraud. Someone had paid their electricity bill and ordered over $60 worth of Pizza Hut using my card. I closed my card and had a new one sent. I called the electricity company that charged my account and they were able to give me the name of the person that paid their bill which was Ashley Brown, the same person who took my order that never came at Jimmy Johns. Read moreI placed an online order and after 30 mins of waiting i called to see if it was out for delivery yet. After it rang for a solid minute someone answered the phone with just a "hello" so i asked if i was calling Jimmy john's. They said "yes, are you calling about your delivery?" i said yes they responded "well its is going to be another 48 min wait." my response was even though i ordered it 30 mins ago? they said "oh well i have a really big catering order i need to take care of first so it will be a 48 min wait" I told them just to cancel the order. They were very rude. It would have been better had they called when the order was placed to let me know it was going to be a long wait or not have all of your staff working on just one catering order. This is not the first time this has happened at this store but it is the last time i will ever give them...
