I placed an order for take out. When ordering at 7 pm, I was informed that the food I desired, original chicken was not available. Very sad that their staple food item, original chicken was not available at 7 pm. I settled for what was available. Upon my arrival home I found that the chicken that I settled for was old, dry and stale. In addition the mashed potatoes had far more gravy than potatoes, an obvious sign of the teams sincere lack of doing their job properly or any desire for customer retention. I called the location and spoke with the manager on duty who immediately got an attitude despite the fact that I spoke very professionally to him. I received stale food and the manager on duty became very defensive, argumentative and very condescending. Please beware DO NOT visit this location unless you like throwing your money away, in that care I can assure you that you will get more pleasure out of literally throwing your money out of the window of a moving vehicle. Poor food accompanied by a poor staff who could care less about providing what the company advertises. Not to mention the manager getting an attitude simply because you bring their mistake to his attention. I can not recommend this location to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save yourself some time and frustration and DO NOT visit this location. The only way people like this will learn is when we as consumers stop putting up with their poor practices. Only then when we choose to spend our hard earned money elsewhere, say an establishment where we and our money will be appreciated. That is the only way things will change for the better. When people like this do not have jobs to go to will they understand the meaning of good customer service. The people at this location are there for one reason only and that's to do as least as possible so they can collect a paycheck. People with this mindset will never get it regarding why they can't succeed in life. They take no pride in what they do or what they serve. Read moreWent to give this place another try last night after work. 10 mins into the visit I was reminded why we don't frequent here. Ordered the fill up box, was advised right away they were out of this and that. I advised I would wait (never should have said that!) . I was asked to pull around and they would bring my food out to me. I waited for 25 min!!!! The car ahead of me was still waiting the entire time with me but had only pulled up a little past the window. Finally my food was brought out, I checked my bag and found I was missing my biscuits. I roll back around (because the front door is locked) and I don't feel like knocking on door only to be ignored. There are cars in the drive through so I whip past them and park next to the lady that has pulled up right past the window and has been waiting on her food the entire time with me. I go inside and ask for my biscuits and hear the manager say "I can't send none of these people around to wait because there is a car blocking the way". I then inform her the car is mine and as soon as she gives me the biscuits that go with my meal I will happily leave. And on top of all of this I was not given a receipt because their machine was out of paper so I can't even call corporate. Finally the lady that pulled up past the window was issued her food as I was getting back in my car. She too checked her bag. She was so upset leaving she almost hit me taking off. Read moreSome friends and I came through the drive-thru. I was dropping them off at the airport. The cashier Shell was very short. They order and after the second order she said that she only could take 2 separate orders. Pull up to the window to pay and once again very short and no smile. Then they ask if we had to drive around to make the rest of the orders. She said you should have order all together and you figure out how much you owe with each other real nasty. They just went around again cause of the time to get to the airport. One more order. I didn't because I wasn't going to give you my money to you with service like that. They discovered that the first order didn't have utensils or napkins what they was supposed to do to eat with their hands. When we got back to the window they asked for utensils and she got rude again and one person ask her what was wrong with her that she so rude. She said that she was tired. So I look at the receipt to call back later and they gave us the merchant receipt not the customer receipt with everything on it. I went inside to get the receipt and the person who made the second order came inside because they took the order wrong. They ask for the manager and the order cashier said she was the manager. We knew that she wasn't the manager she wasn't dressed as a manager. We ask again and she said that you can talk to her that the manager was in a meeting and she was to busy to talk to us.
