MTea — Restaurant in Cypress

Usually, the drinks are pretty okay and the service is pretty decent. I enjoy the fruit teas most of the time. I will say, a few of the milk teas really lack flavor. For example, I ordered a Thai tea recently and it was very "flat" and tasted watered down, if that makes sense. Thai tea is typically meant to be very smooth and rich in flavor but the one I received was rather flavorless. Along with that, they have GOT to get a new drive-through speaker. The last two times I've gone, plus one other time with a friend, (where I wasn't the driver) regardless of basically yelling our orders into the speaker they just couldn't hear. Long story short, I would go again for the convenience of the presence of the drive-through and it being on the path to work, but if I have a few extra minutes to spare, I'll stop somewhere else.

I will agree with a lot of the older comments saying that they're really good - about two years ago. If you check out the more recent reviews from a few months ago, you'll see that most of them are saying the same thing. Quality and taste has just gone way down, super...

My favorite is the creme brulee milk tea. I drink it when I pregnant and my kids love it too. The reason bc it has no tea and you can taste the crème brulee flavor. I was one of the first client since they first open in 2022. Lately, things does not taste like it use to be. One time they forgot sugar, creme brulee pretty much milk and boba without sugar???? Would you imagine? The other time I did not taste any of my creme brulee flavor. I dont know of they forgot or not enough. Until now, I still can find back the old flavor they made. Bc it is so close to my house so I ordered a lot, I got point that I can redeem 8 tea for free. Unfortunately, they dont redeem the best seller one, creme brulee is one of them. Come on. Doing business I dont think it is fare. You can do like pay a few dollar more for best seller or more point for that drink instead of dont let them redeem. I stopped order it now bc my drink was almost $9 each. And disappointed...

Mom and I went here for an afternoon adventure, got 3 drinks. Strawberry banana ice cream smoothie, peach green tea, and the black sugar milk tea. The smoothie was phenomenal, I would come back here just to get this. Peach green tea was good, not too sweet and had a nice jasmine flavor.
