I have never had a problem with this Subway or any other, until my last visit. When I walked in, there was nobody in sight for at least 5 minutes. When I started calling towards the back for some service , a male employee poked his head around the corner and looked at me without speaking, then he disappeared again for a minute. When he came back a second time, he began putting his gloves on which took him a very long time and during this time, he just stared out the window as if I wasn't even standing there. (The employee, has still not said ONE WORD at this point). As I'm starting to get frustrated, I finally said, "Hello?", he didn't respond. I said again, louder, " Hello?! Do you speak?". He then turns my direction finally and gives me a nod, and says very low, "I was washing dishes". And then he just stands there not speaking again or asking what I want. At this point, I've been in the store for about 10 minutes and still haven't even STARTED my order. So finally I just start telling him what I want assuming he's ready since he still hasn't acknowledged me, and this entire time he just looks very put out and bothered. Thankfully, another male employee came out and was very nice, he greeted me, and ended up finishing my order. Do not waste your time going here. We were charged for combo meals, but we only receive sandwiches and did not ask for a drink or chips. We were never provided a receipt when we paid cash for the purchase. The girl that works there is extremely rude! This same employee was rude a few weeks ago as well. I decided to give them another chance, but they failed again. It seems this restaurant cannot keep their bread in stock, and the bread that they do have is stale! All they have to offer is white or wheat. We were provided a 12-inch sandwich that contained only what a normal 6in sandwich would contain. My son ordered a Monster and then was told it would be extra to add pickles and olives. I tried to complain to the corporate headquarters, but their form says that the store number that I put is not valid even though I used the number listed on their website.
