I’ll start off with the fact that I had to wait 35 minutes for my food after ordering. It’s new so I can’t fault them that much on time due to them still learning. The manager (assuming he was, older gentleman) offered me a free drink because of the wait which I didn’t take and provided a $5 off $10 coupon which I will not be using. Now to the food. The majority of my “teriyaki” chicken breast was raw, the white rice was almost too mushy for my liking. The orange chicken was mostly breading, I liked the flavor but it tasted exactly like Panda Express without the spice. The “thin” teriyaki sauce tasted exactly like panda express’s teriyaki for their teriyaki chicken. The steak looks unappealing and does not taste great. The fried rice doesn’t really have any flavor. The egg rolls were hard and not in a crunchy fried way. All this being said I’m extremely surprised by the reviews to be honest. Like another reviewer stated they have to be bought or family of the owners. Id honestly prefer Panda Express which isn’t saying much. I was hoping this place would compete with Sarku Japan in the mall so I wouldn’t need to trek there but it was just a disappointment. It’s just not worth the cost but maybe you might like the flavor.

I will be returning! I originally was going to go to chipotle, however the line was out the door. I’ve been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness despite the things I’ve heard so I said why not. I went next door where I was immediately greeted. I chose the chicken breast teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies in the size regular. They had to make the chicken fresh so there was a small wait (about 10 min). So I ran to the store and returned shortly to my food being ready. I checked it before I left and everything looked great. Once I finally got to eat my food it was confirmed that it was indeed great. The sauce came on the side so it wasn’t too much. The resturaunt was also immaculate, the cleanest place I’ve been in. I think these owners care and are really trying to fix the things that have went wrong prior to my review. I will definitely be returning seeing that the food taste good and it’s a healthier option.

I’ve stopped by twice. The food is prepared fairly quickly. The teriyaki was pretty flavorful the first time, not so much the second. They probably should consider the proportions of protein (meat) to rice, because I ran out of meat REAL QUICK & had a lot of fried rice left. That really bothered me, but I’ll probably return one more time to see how it goes. The picture shows EXACTLY how much meat I received (for the large) and how much rice was left after eating the meat AND some rice‼️ **RE-VISIT** I went a third time. It’s quite tasty. I spoke with management and she let me know that the proportions are set and basically it is what it is (she was very nice). She suggested I pay a little more to have extra protein added. I did and yes, it made a whole lot of difference. I didn’t really care to be paying more, but it was well worth it.

I’ll start my review by saying that I never write bad reviews, unless it was truly a horrible experience.

I went here once and the service was less than ideal. I was there for an entire hour for my food and left with nothing. No exaggeration; I legitimately waited for 55 minutes. I was with a friend who ordered directly after I did and got her food within 20 minutes. Now, I do take into account that they were having computer trouble that evening. However, they managed to get the 7 orders after mine out just fine.

I asked for a refund because I had to leave to go to my little brother’s choir concert. They assured me I would see it in 3-7 business days. During my entire experience with them I was nothing but polite, kind, and understanding because I’ve worked customer service for years. I’ve always appreciated the customers who can calmly tell me the issue without being rude, disrespectful, or yelling.

I waited two weeks because it fell on a holiday weekend. Nothing. Went back after an additional week and the manager said it was because nobody sent a picture of the receipt to the owner. So she took a picture and sent it to him on Facebook messenger. She assured me I would see it in yet another 3-7 business days. Nothing, yet again. It has now been 2-3 months and still nothing. Only posting now because I had forgotten during the madness of the holiday season that just passed.

I know it seems ridiculous to care this much, but it’s about principle. The money doesn’t matter, but the service and doing the right thing does. I even went back once after to actually try the food and it was not very good. It was very, very salty and you could feel the texture of all of the seasoning powder (I love lots of seasoning but I don’t want the texture of the powder). I was disappointed to...

This is my first time at Teriyaki Madness and most likely my last. When I entered the establishment, everything was fine and Kara at the register was really kind and made my experience great! After ordering my food and waiting, a different lady (Kristina) called my name and I got up to get my food and noticed she had got up and handed an order to a different customer. Not thinking anything of it, I was looking around to see who called my name and where my order was. I then approached Kristina and she looked at me like I was out of place and said, “can I help you?”. So I told her how my name had just been called so in that moment the other customers let her know that they received the wrong order, so she got up and said well, “Who’s … (the name she previously called)” and I annoyingly looked at her like, “Me! Duh!” I am typically not the one to nitpick but the whole encounter was off and made me feel unsettled. For future reference, if you call someone’s name, give them a chance to get up and retrieve their order. Don’t automatically assume that it’s someone else’s order. Plus she was distracted on her laptop doing other work (not sure if it’s work-related). I won’t leave a rate for the food, as I haven’t...
