Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Funny story... I received a letter in the mail from this location. They were inviting me back to spend some money, as I had not been there since they opened. The letter includes a coupon detailing a "free pizza w/ purchase of another pizza of greater or equal value. I've got hungry kids, so I decide I'm going to take them up on the offer.

Long story short, the coupon does not work on the website. I call this location and explain the situation and the guy on the phone tells me there is no such coupon. I beg to differ, as I had it in my hand and offered to bring it to him. He then proceeded to tell me, "he doesn't have a free pizza button". At this point I ask for the manager and he states, he is the manager on duty and his superior is MIA. So after being lo key called a liar and then put up with the attitude on the phone I went to little Cesar's. I got my pizza for half the price and twice as fast. Problem solved. This location will not be winning my business back. Doesn't look like they get much to begin with.

My wife and I have lived in our home for 20 years, and often complained about the lack of decent pizza parlors/delivery in our area (Oaks of Devonshire, Spring TX). Then about one year ago Marco's opened one less than a mile from our home. Their pizza is always delivered in about one-half the time they estimate, is very hot when received, and the crust / sauce / toppings are perfect. Every single delivery person was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. We LOVE Marco's and are trying to remember to order something else (they have a full menu), but as soon as they answer the phone these words begin coming from my mouth "...one large, regular crust pizza with...". If you haven't tried Marco's, do so tonight and I bet you will be as happy as we are. They are NOT your typical home-delivery pizza shop, and their pizzas as #1...

This was the first time trying their pizza and was pleasantly surprised. It was around diner time and they were not very busy as I came in the restaurant I was greeted right away. The price was reasonable and I didn’t have to wait around for my order it was ready to go. They offered cheese and peppers and pointed out the paper plates and napkins if I needed some. Any other pizza places I’ve been to never offered those extra things we sometimes need and at no extra cost might I add. Unlike the other guys they do charge extra. They gave a couple tables to be able to eat there if you want to but not very inviting and only small tables you could stand at maybe room for 4 people.
