I have been eating at this Marcos for years durning my lunch break several times a week and often order pizza for dinner. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience until Tuesday July 25th. Two out of my 3 pizzas were wrong and when I called to speak with a manager by the name of David he handle the situation absolutely in the worst way possible. I was so polite and very understanding bc I myself work in customer service and know first hand how stressful and overwhelming it can be when short staffed. David made it very difficult speaking with him. David is so rude, disrespectful and so argumentative. David needs some serious training or needs to take a step back from being a manager. David kept cutting me off and made it impossible to speak. David told me it was " my fault I ordered from the app" so therefore that's why my order was "wrong". David called me a liar and I kept on having to repeat myself. I felt as if I was dealing with a student at work. I finally had to get firm with my voice bc David kept trying to be a bully and over talk me. I had to ask David several times to pls listen to me. He was very defensive the minute he got on the phone. I asked him should I reach out to Rebecca to fix my issue and that right there made him get quit for a few seconds bc at this point he knows he messed up. Needless to say I got nowhere with him and ended up hanging up bc I could literally feel my heart racing from getting upset. The next day I called Marcos asked for Rebecca unfortunately she was off that day. I left my call back info with mimi and as of Friday no call back whatsoever. I would think telling a manager (mimi) about another managers behavior and asking to be contacted from the store manager I would've been made top priority first thing Thursday morning when Rebecca returned to work but that unfortunately isn't the case. Very sad how customer service is nowhere it use to be. I really need a call back from upper management so i can go into further detail and fix my issue please. BTW I think its a huge problem when customers are waiting on their order and employees are eating in-between working on pizzas from the oven. Also your employees need to learn to wash their hands after handling cash, toucing all over the dirty register and answering the phone. Very unsanitary!!!! Manager on duty this night was the main person not washing his hands and he was the one prepping the pizza for the oven. Get it together Marcos to many other pizza options with better...
Read moreJust came in because my family and I voted on pizza for the night. I originally came in to purchase a pepperoni magnífico, and 2 all meats. While I'm about to order, I decide to go to the restroom since I've been holding it while trying to decide on where to eat. Well, instead of ordering, I run to the restroom. So after being ready to release my urine, I still had to hold me my pee go back down the long hallway to tell ask if I needed a key. Well, the cashier at the place still tried to inhumanely make me order food as an ultimatum before letting me use it. I ended up urinating on myself, so I was embarrassed with the whole situation that i just kindly left home to change. Sum it all up Marcos pizza as a whole are an inhumane company that will make you hold your urine until you can't anymore, and publicly humiliate you instead of letting you use the restroom until the point where you piss yourself. Didn't get to try the food for our first time deciding to go there. But I won't rate the food for that reason. But it's gotta be trash like the owners who must have inhumane trates where they promote making their employees force people to order food before letting them take care of their humanly need to answer nature's call. Not only that, forcing people to hold their business for longer periods of time can be detrimental to one's health. I also saw them turn down a 6yr old girl from using the restroom and worse then making me piss myself is not letting a little girl use the restroom and for a little child to have to be holding it is likely to overstretch the bladder, it also makes children more likely to endure a urinary tract infection and also it can lead to kidney damage due to the back pressure. Sickening to have witnessed employees acting the way that, from the looks, represents the whole company entirely. I won't ever be going back to a Marcos pizza. They should cast yall into the fire pits of hell for even thinking that way, and your whole business should go bankrupt for your inhumane ways. If one star means "hated it" Then I wish they had the option of a 0 stars that says this place should...
Read moreSo I've been loyal to Marcos pizza for almost a decade, I've been ordering their pizza in multiple states and always enjoy, and have even helped many of my friends discover this place. However yesterday was my first very poor experience and is making me seriously doubt ordering again, at least from this location. The pizza I received was without a doubt overcooked. The cheese was so gummy I could only eat one slice. I don't usually call to complain unless something is truly inedible, I asked the others sharing the pizza with me if it was the same and they agreed. Sadly I couldn't even go for a 2nd slice of this large pizza. I called to let them know, and as I'm sure they've been scammed before, I wanted them to know I wasn't seeking a refund or a new pizza, I just wanted to give them a heads up because I want them to continue making great pizza like they used to. Well all I got was your stereotypical gaslighting, "there is nothing wrong we make it the exact same way every time the cheese is fine" adamant denial. I would have offered to send pictures or follow up but I realized this was a one way conversation to no where and it broke my heart, because I normally prefer Marcos to Pizza Hut or Domino's, but this is way too pricey to keep trying in hopes that they will fix the issue when they won't even acknowledge the possibility of something having gone wrong or a willingness to look into it. Maybe I'll try again in a few months but I'll definitely revisit the reviews before spending...
