McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

Manager has a bad attitude, they don't read your order back to you in the drive thru which is unacceptable especially if the workers along with the managers aren't going to listen to you when you order. I didn't stutter one bit. I know the stigma is "oh it's McDonald's cut them some slack, they're all trapped in a dead end career don't kick somebody when they're down blah blah blah" but that's exactly what's wrong with people today they don't get noticed enough. For you to consistently mess up my order just for general lack of customer service or listening skills, that's just basically why nobody respects McDonald workers. They don't listen and what is it with fast food workers that they always want to fight their customers when they have to get corrected. Take it with a grain of salt and correct my order. Have a little restraint maybe grow up just a little bit to set a good example for the younger generation to adhere to. It's like something about McDonald's it's just a cookie cutter for immature adults with no hopes of a real future. I wish you guys the best. Really pulling for you to get your 15 an hour so you can finally afford some education or maybe a few customer service classes. Realllllllyyyy pulling...

I can't express how much you should never ever ever....did I say EVER go to this location. Whoever the manager and franchisee are, they should never be in charge or own anything. The service is beyond reprehensible. Constant attitudes for no reason and always missing items from order. Bring it up and they act like it is your fault. Yeah no I didn't bag my own order, or I would have gave myself an extra fry. This is now the 5th time an item is missing. It just progressively gets worse there. Take the extra minute and go to a location that cares about customer service and giving you what you paid for without...

I dont know why but pretty much all the mc donalds inside walmarts are always dirty. especially this one. There are pieces of fries , straw wrappers and miscellaneous trash under the seats. the tables are half assed cleaned , they are dirty with smudges on mostly all tables. The coke machine area is also very dirty . you drink spills all over the place and lids and straw wrappers every where . If its this dirty out here imagine jow dirty the cooking area is . man I dont even want to eat my food anymore because I'm writting this while waiting...
