McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

I've recently moved to this area, and this is the closest McDonalds to me and I'm just going to have to pretend it's not there anymore. EVERY single time I've gone, they've gotten my order wrong somehow, or something is missing. This isn't the first, second, or even third time this has happened and I've only bee living here for 3 months. It takes me a lot to not explode on the workers in the morning bcs I haven't had coffee or anything to eat on top of it all they can't get it straight. This scenario in particular has happened 3 times: 2 Sausage , egg & cheese biscuit meals with 2 Lg Mochas. 1 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin with a regular coffee. When I get to the window to pay, they always ask if I had a completely different order... I then repeat my order and they tell me VERBATIM "That's not what they put on the screen" I figured as much when I kept seeing a bunch of items getting put on and taken off as if the person had no clue what she was doing on the computer when my order was initially taken. So, I repeat myself again and it's like I'm speaking another language..... So here I go, at this point repeating myself for the 3rd time. It's quite a simple order... it's not complicated. So, I get to the next window and the girl hands me the bag and says everything is in there. I check ... and there's only 2 hash browns... I hand the bag back to her and ask her to check it. She looks like she's in shock, and then goes back to put he 3rd hash brown in there. To be honest, I'm shocked. I'm so overwhelmed at how this can happen every time I come here. The time before, I spent 30 minutes stuck in the drive-through for chicken nuggets for my sister. Clearly something is wrong here. I should've just gone to Starbucks, or Whataburger, or Chik Fil A; they're all in the same area. This is the most ridiculously run McDonalds I've...

Firstly, I'd like to say that this was none of the drive-through or counter workers fault. I came up to the drive-through on Veterans Day and placed my order when I get to the first window the employee says to pull up to the second window and let them know that I had a military ID. The person at the second window tells me that I have to come inside to place the order and that he can't give me the order or check my military ID because the manager said that all military IDs have to be checked by her at the front counter. This was not mentioned whenever I pulled up and nobody had asked me if I was using a military ID today at the drive through nor on the ads online. When I get inside, the manager was on her phone walking to get herself a drink. She asked me what I wanted when I showed her my ID after I told her I was told I needed to show her. She gets mad and at full volume starts yelling and scolding every employee in the store and start screaming at them, saying abusive things... She used foul language and was very unprofessional and looked very annoyed at me for showing her a military ID, even though this was the procedure that she's apparently telling the employees to do. Her name was Peggy and her actions tone and respect for the employees was very unprofessional and demeaning and Made this experience shockingly bad overall. Again, the people at the counter and the drive that were very, very nice. But the manager should be ashamed of herself. This is not the McDonald's values that I come to expect.. I normally not a person that leaves reviews so if I do it’s normally really good or really really bad. Every single time I order from this particular McDonalds they get my order wrong on DoorDash I’ve ordered multiple times and each time there’s stuff missing even when I go through drive thru nuggets or something is missing or incorrect. Yesterday the Hi-C orange tasted like water, I told the carhop guy and he assured me that sometimes with that particular drink the syrup don’t mix with the drink I ask him if he can replace it with another drink, He said sure… Remind you they told me to park in 3 because they didn’t have my pickup order ready yet… So I waited and waited and waited. I’m a very patient person so if I start getting weary it means it’s been a very long time. We ate our food and everything and he still hadn’t came out with my drink. I go in there and he’s in there talking with his friends HE WAS NEVER COMING OUT!!! & All he said was I FORGOT!!!! & He mumbled that!!! Fast forward today this morning I ordered through DoorDash some breakfast 4 sausage and biscuits with one bacon egg and cheese biscuit I only received 2 biscuits!!!! Out of the whole order! I am pissed! Now I can’t feed my family. I will be contacting corporate regarding this McDonalds! They have all those rude kids in there and it’s a huge issue! Now that I’m done ranting I need to get up and find something for my family to eat. If you never listened to anything else LISTEN TO THIS!!! DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO A BETTER...
