I've been coming to the Fry Rd location of Cosmic Air for the past 5 years, and I am sad to say that based on my most recent experience, I will be looking for other trampoline parks to give my business in the future. This location needs a thorough deep cleaning and needs to train staff on protocol for sanitary cleaning of bodily fluids.

A child customer vomitted in multiple locations throughout the facility, and when staff were alerted, there was no visible action. The parent of the vomiting child saw the vomiting and walked the child to another area, but did not leave or attempt to clean it or even lay napkins to cover it! The vomiting child and family stayed in the facility and were not asked to leave by staff. A good Samaritan had to stop me and others from walking though a different pile of vomit, and he started to put chairs around the area to block it off because staff members didn't block off the area. Multiple parents stayed in the area continuously warning children to avoid the vomit piles, and there were no staff members to be found. It was at least 15 minutes before a staff member arrived to "clean" the mess. The employee simply rubbed the first area with a mop, getting up the chunks, but then continued to use that same vomit/cleaner water in the mop bucket to wipe the whole area and other areas. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!!! The employee put down a rug over the wet areas to warn people, and he seemed to be trying his best, but to me it looked as though management had not trained him properly regarding smearing vomit around the floor with a mop.

The floor near the concession area was also sticky, I never saw anyone wiping down tables, or chairs, and wipes/cleaner was not available for customers to clean the surfaces themselves. If this is how the main customer areas are cleaned, I can only imagine how disgusting the kitchen might be.

In addition, my son's 2nd favorite attraction (the spinning wipeout) was broken/unavailable as well as another climbing attraction near the arcade, but my bill did not reflect any discounted pricing for the reduced facilities.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that my son has chosen to celebrate his birthday at Cosmic Air for the past 5 years, and since I recognize their performance from previous years, my review is a gracious 2 stars. It is such a shame that a party place that I have previously recommended to many other families is now a place that I will not visit again. I hope that management takes action to clean their facilities and repair...

We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here today, and even though my daughter and her friends had a great time I don’t recommend birthday parties here. First off our party was from 10am-1p and they do not open till 10am (which we were told we could come early to set up 9:30a) WRONG had us standing outside waiting to be let inside when we arrived there at 9:40a. Then the staff on the floor watching the areas were fine but the staff behind the desk and our party hostess was not much of a hostess at all, sour attitude, does not need to work with children. Not personable at ALL! Next, when I booked the party I asked for the pizza to come out at a certain time, needless to say it didn’t come out till 45 minutes after the time I requested it to come to the table. Was told it would be late because the kitchen was running behind, then told they had other parties change times and they only have two ovens that’s why our party got pizza late. If that was the case then the pizza would have been warm which is was completely cold when arriving to our table way late. Not my problem if other parties changed their times, why should my party be held off waiting, those that changed times should of had to wait not our party. Would not recommend, you pay a good amount to have a party at venues and part of the package was to have a hostess take care of getting the kids pizza and cutting the cake for you, well ended up cutting my own cake as well. To top the morning off when I go to check out and close out party I hand the hostess cash payment and she has to have another employee come count it because she doesn’t know how to count cash! Really! I wasn’t the only party upset this morning either, so think twice about throwing a party here which is such a shame cause it is a cool place and the kids enjoyed it! Needs better management and maybe some employees that actually care and like their jobs especially if you are...

Placed a reservation and called the day before to ask if we could come in earlier to decorate. Also, to make sure the entire reservation was understood and the expectation of the number of children was met. The person who answered said yes, I could go in to decorate at any time and not to worry that everything was taken care of. When we arrived, we were told we had to wait 15 min before our scheduled time. Also, we requested extra food, including some veggie trays, and supposedly, the owner was going to go out and get them. Those trays never made it to our room. We had 47 children sign up, and only 18 were allowed to enter as they didn't have enough personnel to handle the volume nor the check-in for the kids. They were only allowed 2 hours, and it was taking over 1 hour for check-in even though everyone had already pre-registered and had signed waivers before even going to the location. The person helping pass out the pizzas was wearing gloves and answering her phone while handling pizzas and not changing gloves in between. She smelled like weed, and the small room we were in made the stench even worse. We reserved the biggest room and purchased the biggest package only to have an awful experience at this location and be put in one of the smaller rooms because they messed up on our reservation. Some kids were jumping with their name tags only to lose them in the sponge pits. We had to pull our children out so they wouldn't get stabbed with the needles. First time ever doing something like this so we wouldn't worry about the stress of cleaning up or entertaining just to have to host the party elsewhere afterwards for the rest of the children that didn't get to go in the venue to participate. Very unorganized, dangerous, and...

We had a Funday Sunday celebrating my great-nephew's birthday here, and everyone had a fantastic time! The food was great, and the kids had a blast. However, there were a few logistical issues that could have been handled better. We had a 30-minute delay getting our party set up, which was frustrating. Many people in my party, including the birthday boy and myself, had to complete the waiver multiple times because the system didn't recognize our prior online submissions, even after we showed the confirmation emails. Additionally, when it was time to get our jump passes, only about half of my guests appeared on the roster, even though many had already checked in. Luckily, I had a printed list and had to go through it, reading out phone numbers to a staff member so she could manually check everyone in. I also have a couple of safety suggestions. It would be helpful to have a staff member stationed at the main entrance for security. My 16-year-old nephew, who has special needs, walked toward the door, and my friend had to bring him back. Having someone at the door would help prevent elopement issues. I also recommend adding double-seated bumper cars for kids who are unable to ride alone. Lastly, all of our food and drinks came out at the same time. It would be great if drinks and the fruit tray could be served as appetizers while we waited for the main food, which took about an hour. Also, the arcade games take up a lot of credits (10-12 points per game), which made the 20-credit card for each jumper run out very quickly. Overall, we had a memorable time and truly enjoyed the party. A few operational improvements could make the experience even better.
