Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I must sadly rate my absolute favorite pizza company as very unsatisfactory. I have my favorite location and know exactly how I want my pizza made so I do not order from other locations. If I do go to another MrGattis then I accept the risk myself. Well I ordered 3 pizzas. We were able to eat before getting home cause pizza is so good normally I cannot wait, sadly that was not the case this time. I asked for doubke cut, it was single cut. I asked fir extra sauce, it was very very dry as far as sauce. Toppings well idk I ordered single toppins but I get my pizza with the topings I ordered plus random other items mixed here and there also. Then maybe others love cheese but dang, it was so nasty how much cheese was on all 3 pizzas, like really gross. Biggest part i ordered Well Done pizza and my cheese wasnt even browned. I had waited to order MrGattis a little longer than i would have liked but then I get it and am totally dissapointed and disgusted. I looked forward to eating MrGattis the day I irdered it but yet majority of the pizza was thrown away. Nobody even ate 1/4th of the total 3...

Ordered over the phone. Asked for cheese and peppers since they wont hand them to you if you dont request on the order. I was told they were our and would'nt be available till the 24th. Ok not a big deal. He then told me the delivery would be about 45 min to an hour. I was fine with that. I realized it had been over a hour and a half. I called and to check on my order being delivered and was told Door Dash should've contacted me with the ETA. I formed the representative that Door Dash never contacted me. He then proceeded to tell I would have to place a new order and wait another hour. So what happened with my first order??? Extremely annoyed! Avoid this location...

I ordered XL using your coupon and received two mediums. If I wanted mediums I would have chosen the medium coupon. When I called, the manager refused to take responsibility and either make me new pizzas (the 2 xl I ordered or credit me for the medium price). He blamed it both on corporate and me (saying I clicked what I clicked)…,even though you can see on the receipt that I did click xl yet the receipt is for mediums. The manager also refused to give me the franchise owners name. I’m beyond frustrated and furious. How easy would it have been to remake my pizzas or offer...
