I love eating at Raising Cane's. This is my favorite chicken finger joint. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The sauce is wonderful and a nice change of pace from ketchup or other dipping sauces. The fries are consistently hot, crispy but not crunchy, and salted perfectly. The tenders are juicy and hot, and consistently on the same quality level. The toast is never brunt or too under done. I know I will get a good meal and it will be easy to order with no hastle and takes no time at all. This is hands down the best in terms of speed of service and food standard quality and consistency. What they do by forgoing the variety aspect is, instead, offering the go-to place for hot and fresh chicken. The ambiance is modern and pretty neat with a chill and alma mater or collegiate football feel with tables and clean seating. Read moreI keep giving this place a chance after leaving disappointed every time. They are so greedy with their “rewards” program. Got a peelie for a free chicken tender and was told it had to be redeemed next time. I told the employee the peelie was from a prior time (not that it mattered) and she proceeded to ask to check my cup. WHY?? Because they are cheap. She slammed the drive thru window and basically threw me the chicken tender- with no bag and never said thank you. Sorry this was the last straw. If I’m being questioned over whether or not to give me a free canes sauce from their own promotions, then there is a problem. Sorry, Chick fil a Will always get my business since they aren’t greedy and the service is on point. And PS the canes sauce is just mayo with pepper and ketchup. At least chick fil a has choices. Sorry...

My kids were exited about the free fathers day 2 for 1 meal but we found out that we needed some type of card to redeem the offer and couldn't do it. The worst was the manager making them feel bad about not having the card and not being kind enough to make an exception even that his own coworkers were pushing him on doing it. Definitely not my kind of place on service, maybe good food but not customer oriented....
