Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Texas

To me, their chicken is mid and not seasoned all that well. Case in point: If the BEST thing people like about your chicken establishment is the sauce you dip the chicken in, your chicken might not be that great. If these conditions best thing they like is the toast, then you're really in trouble.

That said, I still give them 3 stars because even though the chicken is bland, it is not bad; it is fried to perfection. Additionally, it is always cooked to order, so it arrives to you streaming hot. The other saving grace of Cane's are the fries; they are crispy, seasoned (far more than the chicken which is even more bewildering), and, like the chicken, cooked to order and served hot. But, overall, if youre looking for good chicken, this is not your place. Plus, the prices are a little bit on the expensive side for a fast food chicken joint with many of their menu prices being on par with (or not far from) what you'd pay at Chili's, Cheddar's, or most other budget friendly family restaurants. I was the only person standing in front of the line, I waited 10 minutes for them to take my order, the cashier was with 2 other people taking the online orders and from the drive thru no one attended the front, I came with my family to eat and the the tables were dirty, the AC was off or something too hot inside, I asked the cashier if she would help me to get my order and the girl with the hat who was in front gave me attitude saying “give me one minute” after I been waiting for too long already, I have never had anything like this service in any other canes location. I always go to the Fulshear location and they are very friendly but I was in the area and passed by this location but it is the first and last time in this location. Sometimes people just go above and beyond the call of duty and today was a prime example of that. Visiting from the U.K. for the fourth time I’ve developed a serious love for this chain and what it represents. I love the merchandise also and there’s a specific bucket hat on sale at the moment which is sold out online. Being from the U.K. I haven’t been able to buy it before leaving and merch isn’t sold in store. I popped into our local branch this morning on the off chance that we could grab an ex display one. John, manager on duty at the time said this probably wouldn’t be possible but was incredibly friendly, we ordered a few fingers for a snack and while we waited, he came back out front to say that he’d organised for someone to drive a hat over to us from storage that I’d be able to buy.
