Red's Grill — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink here. Initially, seeing a burger was $8 and adding fries and a drink was another $5, I thought it was over priced. While eating my meal I realized I was paying a couple dollars more than I would at a big fast food chain. I think the burger and fries tasted better than you would get compared to the big chains. Even though I felt I paid more than I normally would, taking into consideration of inflation, rise of cost, and quality of food, the price was on point.

I've been here a few more times since my original review and I made it a point to try out different things. Everything I've tried so far has been great. I haven't the slightest disappointment in their service or food. Every time I have a lunch break in this area, this is my go to for a good meal that leaves me satisfied and in a good mood. Red Grill is hands down one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood! This charming, family-owned restaurant is run by a hardworking husband and wife team, and every time we visit, we feel like part of their family. The restaurant is always spotless, and the service is top-notch. My husband and I are hooked on their cheeseburgers and chicken fried steak sandwich—they never disappoint!

Live close by but did not know about this place. Was in a mood for sandwiches and wanted to go to a place close by. Went for lunch on a weekday last week after a google search. This place has an old-worldly, traditional charm. The husband and wife owners were warm, attentive and pleasant. I had the avavado and sprouts sandwich and my husband had the chicken sandwich. My sandwich was very well made on perfectly toasted sourdough bread and was delicious with fresh ingredients. This place is remarkably clean. Will certainly go back here.
