Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Texas

The place is so dirty that I almost wanted to just drive off without ordering. You can see water all over the floor and im not sure how warm it is the one of the workers was sweating and water all over his belly on his shirt. The guy who got my order wasn't even looking at me and when I asked about the colaches, he said everything so fast and so bored. Then says "what else?" And still not looking at me. I ask for the donut holes and he said okayy and walked off and basically dragging his feet. And the worst part, my order was about $5 and they charge $4 just for using your card? I couldn't spent that getting taco bell breakfast instead and had a much cleaner and more relieving experience knowing my food is done in a clean environment and...

I have come here twice. In the past 2 weeks, only to be greeted by a locked door 5:30 AM and 5:45 AM. I looked inside both times, and the first time the employees were just standing there, staring at me this today they were goofing off.

The hours on the door state, they open at five am, nothing specifying drive through only. Google maps specifies that they open at 5:00am

As I was leaving the parking lot, it appeared that some employee I went to both sets of doors maybe unlocked them. I don't know, but it's a little too late.

I would've used the drive-through each time, but unfortunately, i'm pulling a fourteen foot landscape trailer and not trying to...

Went through the drive-thru around 8am with my son to get two kolaches and two dozen donut-holes. A male employee who is NOT a morning person, very dry and had no customer service skill came to the window. First, he tapped his pen on a small notepad for me to order, wrote it down and left without saying anything. Returns about a few minutes later, stuck his hand out and said $8.08. Then proceeded to give me stale, cold donut-holes that didn’t taste fresh at all!! The kolaches were also cold, might I add. Gives back my card and a receipt with the tip option. Not even a thank you or have good day!! Will NOT be returning to this establishment....
