I have never had a bad experience with sonic until last night. me & a couple of my friends went around 9:45 to get something to eat for dinner & we had to have seperate orders. We politely asked told them we had 3 orders & they told us that we had to ring in for every order we had.. kind of inconvenient in our opinions. then we had a coupon given to us from another sonic earlier in the week & it was for a free cheese sticks with marinara & they told us they wouldn't take it because they didn't give it to us.. really? then our food comes out & I get my cheese tots to bite in to them being cold as if they were left out the whole day. my friends burger was messed up & the corn dogs were cold. we asked the manager to bring some new ones & when she did she apologized and said "I told them they were cold but he told me he just made them" so why did she let him bring them out if she knew they were still cold? the two friends also ordered two cookie dough blasts which is supposed to have cookie dough bits mixed in with the cookie dough syrup, we know this because one of the friends that was with us works at another sonic by our house. so we ring in to complain about that.. after being there an hour or so you would think we would have been rude but mind you, we kept being nice. so the carhop brings out the new milkshakes & hand them to us as if she were to just throw them in to the car.. as she walks away she says "we put extra syrup just for y'all" & walks away with an attitude. I have never been so disrespected in my life. so when we all go to try the blast, we couldn't even handle it because it was like drinking syrup. we drove off & called it a night because we were NOT going to sit there for another hour for them to try & get such a simple...
Read moreI pulled in with a mobile order and waited at the stall for ~15 minutes with no response after checking in. I pressed the button and asked about it and received a rash “we don’t have that” and then I didn’t hear anything else back so I went to the drive through. In the drive through i was barely greeted at the speaker box and after stating that I was the one with the mobile order, I was ignored for about another 15 minutes with people backed up behind me and eventually pulling around and leaving. I tried to get their attention by speaking to the box again with no response. I then pulled forward to the door and asked an employee as they were coming out to hand someone else their drinks. I was given no response except about a minute later another employee handed me my drink with no explanation nor an apology and then hastily walked away. The receipt states I placed the ordered at 9:01 but I didn’t have my drink in my hand until 9:31. And after all that, I had to go back for a straw. This experience truly left me stunned because I regularly come to this location and have never had a negative experience...
Read morethe only time I had a good experience at this Sonic location was the first time I came to it earlier this year. Since then every single time I’ve come it’s just gotten worse and worse quality and service wise. The last time I came I got a coffee that ended up having spoiled, sour milk/creamer in it-not going to lie that put me off coming for AWHILE. I figured this time just getting a sandwich and nothing else I’d be safe-unfortunately not. I sat and waited and watched other cars and customers pull up to order and get their food and leave or pull up to pick up mobile and leave and then finally got my sandwich only for it to be cold. It was like it had been made when I ordered it and paid for it and then it just got forgotten for ten minutes while other orders were handled. I work in food service. I get it. I really do. If yall need to pay your employees more for them to care more then do that (honestly just pay them more anyways lord knows you underpay them) but I won’t be coming back to this location.
