UPDATE: I know I said I would never return to this location but unfortunately due to time and convience I broke my commitment to myself and stopped in on my lunch break from work.
I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch supreme with a dorritos locos shell and onions.
I did not receive the dorritos shell.
On my way out, a female employee parked in the handicap space near the entrance and walked into work. The management at this location seems to display a lot of ageist traits.
There is some serious work that needs to be done at this particular location. I'm sure it's a franchise but taco bell corporate really needs to get in here and level set.
UPDATE: I came back to this location out of convenience to give them another try, unfortunately what I witnessed happened after I had already placed my order but I can assure you I will never spend another dime at this location and I will make sure that everyone I know hears of what I saw today.
When I walked in, there was an elderly couple standing at the counter, I proceeded to the touch screen menu to order and as I am going through the process I noticed the sign that said if you are unable to use the touch screen, need a receipt, or want to pay cash then to please proceed to the counter.
After I ordered and paid, the elderly couple was still standing there. A manager approached them and told them (quite aggressively I might add) that they only take orders on the touch screen.
The poor old man said that he couldn't figure it out and pointed at the sign, the manager refused and walked off without offering assistance to use the machine or to take the order the old fashioned way.
The couple stood there another 5 minutes waiting for her to return but she never did and the old lady told her husband maybe we should just go somewhere else and they left.
To me, a senior leader in a retail establishment, this is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION.
PREVIOUS VISIT: I've been a taco bell super fan for over 25 years and this was by far in the top 3 worst experiences I have had. They were put of fire sauce, out of Baja blast, and out of ingredients for the Mexican pizza. They totally botched my custom order and I received two incredibly dry cheesy gordita crunches. I guess they must have been out of the little baggie that chips come in too because my chips were just thrown at the bottom of my take out sack with my tacos on top. Corporate or franchise owner please take a look at the processes for ordering, accuracy, and quality at this...
Read moreI went to this location on Easter Sunday and I understand, yes I should be with family blah blah blah. I had just got off of work and wanted something quick so my husband and I decided to go to Taco Bell. As we were placing our order, we heard a lady who turned out to be the GM at this location yelling over the intercom. I guess she didn't realize her mic was on. As I put in my last order, my husband heard her clearly say, "Jesus people, it's Easter. Shouldn't you all be with your family? Let's all go to Taco Bell!" I work in a restaurant and understand the frustration and everything, but if you are going to talk badly about paying customers you should probably check to see if your mic is still on or not. When we pulled up to the window I asked the cashier who was talking over the mics and he told me it was his GM. I asked to speak with her and called her out on what she said. You can tell she got caught with the way her face and everyone in that window's face froze and went on to deny she said any of it. I told her my husband and my self heard her clear as day and went on to say she had food to make and when I asked for a corporate number she rolled her eyes said yes and walked away. We never got that number by the way. We just went ahead and looked it up ourselves. I've worked in the food industry for quite some time and understand that things get rough and don't understand why people go out on days like yesterday, but it doesn't mean I'm going to be rude. I show as much respect to whomever I come into contact with and this was just really uncalled for. I've come to this location and had really good experiences and less then good experiences and by far this was the worst. Especially coming from an apparent GM. This experience won't deter me from coming to a Taco Bell, but I'll probably have to drive just a little bit longer to get to one where the GM is a...
Read moreJust had an awful experience with Jackson the shift manager at this location. They forgot one item in my bag, and we didn’t notice until we had already gotten home and taken a few bites of the other two items I purchased.
I called to get them to refund the one item we didn’t receive (one of the cheapest items on the menu: cheese and chips). Jackson answered the call and hung up on me shortly after. I called back twice and it rang and rang with no answer, so I called back on my wife’s phone and he answered. Jackson told me I had to come back up there if I wanted my item refunded.
I drove back to the store and they would not refund the item, nor would they remake my meal because I had eaten some of it. He did give me the original item that was missing. I turned to walk out the door without thinking I could just take my original food items with me. I turned around immediately once I had reached the door and he had already thrown my food away.
He then agreed to remake the order, and proceeded to talk badly about me to his staff while the meal was being remade. We noticed when we were one minute down the road that we were yet again missing an item (chicken quesadilla this time) and called, but no one answered. Rice was also missing from the power bowl…
I do not typically leave reviews, but felt the need to let upper management know how the night shift is handling customers. I am incredibly disappointed in how this was handled. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My family used to eat here all the time, but we will...
